Die Unterkunft war super sauber und ist direkt an der 5th Avenue. Im Zimmer ist eine Kaffeemaschine und einen kleinen Kühlschrank, in dem schon ein halber Liter Milch für unseren Kaffee bereitstand. Es ist täglich eine Putzfrau da, die dafür sorgt, dass immer alles sauber ist. Die Vermieter sind super nett. Die U-Bahnstation ist gleich ums Eck, ca. 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir sind auch Nachts mit der U-Bahn unterwegs gewesen und wir hatten nicht einen Moment das Gefühl nicht sicher zu sein. Wenn wir wieder nach New York kommen, dann würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier buchen.

Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig. Der Fernseher war sehr groß und hatte eine gute Qualität. Das Badezimmer war sauber und funktionell. Die Inhaber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war umfangreich mit selbst gebackenen Brötchen , Obst, Orangensaft, Tee , Kaffee, Wasser, Joghurt, Kellogs und Milch. Die selbst gebackenen Brötchen waren extrem lecker.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 days while in New York and it was perfect for what we needed. We were out in the city the vast majority of our stay but Cesar provided a comfortable and clean room with a private bathroom. That is all we needed so it worked perfectly.

We travel to NYC frequently. My Favorite Place B&B is NYC's best kept secret. Amazing accommodations, excellent hospitality, and delicious breakfast! We will be staying there again...and again...and again! When we arrived, we found flowers and balloons for my daughter to celebrate her birthday. Amazing!

Carlos and Cesar were great hosts. They were very accommodating with our checking in/out times. The room was clean and quiet (we expected NYC to be noisy). Our breakfasts were delicious - freshly baked muffins or scones each morning. The BnB's location was also perfect - a couple blocks from the subway lines. They also recommended restaurants in the area and they were spot on!

We have stayed in Carlos&César's place for 6 nights and we got everything we were looking for: very nice hosts (we felt free but not neglected, they have been always there to solve any doubt: gospel services, concerts, mall shopping...) a comfortable place to stay (and it was pretty too!) and a perfect daily breakfast, with no exceptions! We will definitely ask them again whe we go back to NY. Thank you very much, Carlos&César!! G&O

My daughter and I stayed here for two nights. The room is lovely, and certainly larger than any hotel room. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and it was so nice to have a real bathroom (complete with robes). The area is safe and the subway is a very short walk. Carlos and Cesar are wonderful hosts, welcoming and kind. Our breakfast of homemade baked goods and much more was fantastic, not to mention the best coffee I've had in NY. I would stay here again in a NY minute.

This bed and breakfast is everything it's advertised to be and more. The hosts are friendly and welcoming. The location was convenient and neighborhood safe. We enjoyed homemade pastries and to-die-for coffee! This is the best deal in NYC!

For our anniversary we chose to travel to NYC , stayed at Carlos & Caesar's place, It is prime location with the vibrant atmosphere of New York the mix of different cultures, inside the property is very well kept, the room very clean, peaceful with attention to detail which made our stay very pleasant. Carlos is a chef and he cooked dinner for us, very romantic setting with nice music. To start the day breakfast was a healthy and well prepared. Excellent host, cook, safe property.
