The studio was cozy and clean. Parking was tight - don’t rent an SUV and expect it to fit - only a car like a Honda accord or smaller will fit in the parking space. The french press was broken. The bathroom was gorgeous & even stocked with shampoo, body wash, hair dryer. The fridge was a mini fridge - so don’t buy too many groceries. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, coffee, etc. the trash can was also mini - but they did provide for recycling - which helped the overflow. I’d stay there again - it was affordable and super close to Sunset Cliffs and the other beaches too.

The studio was beautiful, clean, and cozy. The only thing that I will say is that the pictures advertised show both the main home and the studio, so it is misleading as to what amenities are available in your own space. Other than that I enjoyed my stay and the owner was very prompt to respond to the few questions that I had.

Overall, this was a good stay. The studio was clean, pretty, and compact. It has the basic necessities for a comfortable stay. There is onsite parking which a great plus but it is tight and we had chevrolet blazer but we made it work. You have your own private entrance. It's in a really great neighborhood that isn't too far from downtown but far enough that it's discreet. There were some issues, the LG TV they had was practically not functional, one of the bed mattresses was uneven at the top part, and the shower didn't have cold water but only lukewarm at best which was odd. We weren't at the place for most of the day but only during the evenings so these were minor inconveniences that didn't derail our stay but something to note. Communication could be better, i reached out to the host about potentially checking in slightly early but i didn't get a response. Lastly, I have to echo some of the other reviews that the listing is a little misleading that they included photos of amenities that aren't really accessible like the washer and dryer or the hot tub or even photos of the other house which we don't need to see. I feel like they've had ample time to remove these photos which tells me they're doing it on purpose to justify their pricing.
