LOVED having a room with balcony overlooking the stream/river. Very peaceful atmosphere, we enjoyed the rocking chairs on the balcony. Within walking distance of shops and restaurants and a beautiful park where you can enjoy fishing/swimming/cookouts. Driving distance to the casino, Santas Land and more. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The rooms could potentially use some updating, it is easy to see the age of the hotel but overall was clean and inviting.

Room was clean when we arrived the staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are a little older, but the water pressure was amazing. Beds were wonderful to sleep in. Definitely would be staying here again.

Great location, right on the river and only a few minutes away from Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Every room has a private balcony with a view of the river. We had some very minor issues with our room at first, but management was quick to put us in another room and fix the problem. It was also no problem at all when we needed to add another night to our stay. They don't have breakfast but there are plenty of dining options nearby, many within walking distance. This place definitely has no frills and could use some updating, but it's very quiet, convenient, it's in a beautiful location, and the staff are wonderful. We will most likely be staying here again.

I loved that it was close to everything. My husband and I loved sitting on the balcony watching the water. We'll definitely go back.
