Property well managed, food up to par, area spectacular, Do not think twice like I did, just go and witness the beauty of nature with this stay, if you value your life. It is truly the best place to go for your getaway and beautiful once in a lifetime vacation which took my breath away. GREAT JOB to Northern Lights Lodge

Optimal experience. Property very clean and well maintained. Kids enjoyed both indoor and outdoor pools. Very comfortable room. Great breakfast. Extraordinarily kind and accommodating staff. Centrally located for attractions in Stowe. Charming hotel, highly recommended. We will most certainly be back.

Older motel but clean. Staff was very helpful letting us change rooms to accommodate my elderly mother. The motel offers a good, hot breakfast included with the room.

The room was very clean, and the breakfast was good! The bed was comfortable, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. We didn’t use the hot tub or pool because there were too many kids splashing around for our liking, but they both looked nice. Would definitely stay here again!

After we checked in at the lodge, we received word of a family matter that needed our attention. I went to the manager and asked if there was a possibility of getting a refund for the night even though we had booked through a third party. He was the most helpful person I have ever encountered at a place of lodging. He determined that we could get a refund so that we could be on our way, and gave me details on how to do so. If we are ever in that area again on our travels, we will most definitely stay here. Thank you for your kindness and understanding.

The staff were all very friendly. Our family enjoyed the indoor pool and the hot tub, we used the water bottle fill station, and we enjoyed the breakfast. The breakfast included continental breakfast items plus eggs and homemade scones and muffins. The room was clean and if we were in the area again we would not hesitate to stay.

We got rained out of our campsite and found this gem online, we were welcomed in with no reservations, treated like old friends. Wonderful family business with a gorgeous property on the river, even has a gazebo for sitting and listening to nature. Highly recommend anyone heading north check out Northern Lights

We checked in for 2 days and decided we wanted to stay one more night. Asked at the desk and it was done without problems. Great stay. Very clean and the pool hot tub and sauna were perfect. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed!

We stayed overnight with our two toddlers and absolutely loved it. The staff were so friendly and kind, and the included breakfast was great. Our kids loved the game room (we always appreciate a play-til-you-win claw machine). We’re definitely staying here again so we can try out the indoor pool.
