I have great views from the room, but the furnishings, equipment, and facilities are dated and inexpensive, in the bathroom, there are both bathrooms that require upgrades. The facilities in the kitchen are a mess. Complex is excellent, access to the beach is great, and there are good pools. The ground is clean. Cleaning would be better. Paper towels and toilet paper are scarce.

One major complaint I have is the mail room system. I do not believe that dropping packages randomly on top of the room's mailboxes is wise. Everyone can take whatever they want. My spouse has worked with the postal service both civilian and military for 25 years and was like wow. Hopefully, people act as if they were doing so to others as they wish to. There is no real system. Should have parcel lockers, someone in the office sign for packages or leave them at my door. It is definitely something the place should look at incorporating a better system. It is unquestionably something the place should look into having an improved system. Also, you can only access your mail from camp, which is extremely inconvenient. Pool closures at dusk handily thumbs down. Sometimes quiet mature adults like a nighttime swim. Tennis courts closing at a particular time are also a bummer. Oceanfront 247 thumbs up. It is impossible to believe there is no one out there at night! I frequently go for nightly walks and rarely see anyone. Beautifully landscaped. Parking, clean trash areas, recycling. There are lights down the boardwalk to the beach. There are showers on each boardwalk. Residents gopher turtles. Cool frogs. stunning sunrises. No rugs, no floor, and comfortable living room furniture in my unit. I'

We stayed here for a very nice stay, from the moment we met the receptionist to the time we left, thanks to their attentive service when checking out, and the room was in an exceptionally wellkept condition with a large double shower and tiled bathroom, as well as the stunning and sturdy furniture. The home kitchen needs more kitchen accessories than I have at home. The staff is very friendly when they come here. They give all you need to cook in a clean and wellkept kitchen. I cant say enough good things about this summerhouse. We are coming back.
