The accommodation is in building f, the condition is very tidy and well-equipped. Checking and Leaving is really simple. The beach chairs, towels and toys in the closet are a plus. The beach is quiet, and you can easily access it from the hotel. Will come back to this hotel but will try building I. Thank you coastal realty for all your help and advice regarding the minor hiccups.

This place is overpriced. This is my last time staying here. My review was done by travel rental pros. The owner is not interested in maintaining this place. he tub does not function and the shower head is rusted the washing machine fills up with water when not in use 3 the microwave is rusted 4 patio table and legs are rusted the front screen door window is seized closed 7 furniture consisting of used miss matching pieces 8 only 2 cheap plastic patio chairs provided The decor is outdated and needs updating there is a hole in the wall around the fuse panel in the bedroom hallway 11 two windows missing screens 12 ac only working half capacity 13 phone old and noisy 14 carpet is torn in the corners 15 couch shags in the middle and looks like a piece of wood hanging in one corner over priced

In short, this beach club has everything you need for a great vacation for your family and yourself. Private beach access, 2 swimming pools, billiard rooms, a gym, and a tennis court. Our condo was well equipped and tidy. The host was very friendly with my request. We had a great time there. I have the information about the host where I was staying.

Horrible stay!! DO NOT BOOK THIS LISTING! There are MULTIPLE "HOA women" that patrol the property and EVICT PEOPLE FOR NO REASON!! We were harassed MULTIPLE times by multiple people. We got evicted THE NIGHT OF 4TH OF JULY, because supposedly they have a "condo property policy" of no more than one dog, and we had two. We paid for our dogs, and there was NOTHING on the booking page that stated more than one dog was not allowed! (It actually says 'price per pet' which implies more than 1 dog is allowed) Horrific experience, evil-hearted, mean, busy-body people that live there and act like they're the police of the property. They evicted multiple ppl for the same reason and maybe even for other uncalled for reasons! Completely unfair and uncalled for. Stay away, even if you don't have dogs, because they might evict you FOR NO REASON! We are so happy we NEVER have to see those people again for the rest of our lives and would NEVER recommend such a detestable place to ANYONE!
