This is me & my partners second time staying at this place and we cannot stop ranting about how much we love Deb. We literally refuse to stay anywhere else in Deerfield / Miami area ! She makes the place feel like home! She is very welcoming and warm! The property is always clean and up to date! Super SAFE !! The location is top notch! The beach is right across the street you cannot beat it! The pool is so clean and blue! You are provided with pool towel (just ask Deb) beach chairs are provided as well (just ask Deb) The cleaning staff is always so sweet and kind! We cannot wait till next summer to come back again! Thank you Deb so much for your attentiveness and professionalism. We really appreciated how wonderful your hospitality has made our vacation so relaxing and wonderful! We came home relaxed & refreshed.

Safety and cleanliness were important to me as a solo female traveler and Ocean Villas exceeded my expectations! Fantastic location just a block from the beach, super clean room, comfortable bed, amazing shower and all the amenities that I could ask for. Cute kitchen with dinette and fully stocked with needed items. Debbie, the manager was awesome - answering all my questions and even showed me how to work the remotes to the TV. Even the ladies cleaning the rooms were delightful. Highly recommend!

You couldn't ask for a better maintained property this close to the ocean. I was very pleased and will stay here again the next time my business travels take me to Deerfield Beach. The room (17A) and the property was clean, clean, clean! And pre-check in communications were on point and extremely helpful since I was arriving after the front desk closed.

The Manager, Debbie, goes above and beyond to make sure my stay is excellent. My room was comfy, cozy, and cool in spite of the Florida summer temps. I have a dedicated parking space. So many of her guests, from all over the world, talk about how nice and welcoming she is. And so is the staff. I enjoy every minute of my stay there, and always look forward to the next time I'm a guest at Ocean Villas.

The room had a mini split AC that kept the room cool and quiet. Even had an electric recliner to watch TV or read that was very comfortable. The lady at the desk was very friendly and walked us to our room. We loved the location and always pick smaller updated motels over a large hotel especially if locally owned.

Everything is very nice about the place. The owner is very nice. The staff are very friendly. If you need anything just ask one of the staff and they will get it for you. The pool is very clean and there area number of noodles for use supplied by the motel. Great place and a great price.
