We absolutely loved our stay at the OCHG Virginia Lee! We stayed in the top unit and it was amazing! The property manager, Cindy, is top notch and super quick with communication! Highly recommended!

Love the quaintness of the property. Very clean. Needs updating however did have the old school beach vibe. Really enjoyed our stay.

The Virgina Lee N is in a great location, oceanfront, close to everything. The property was clean but needs some TLC. It’s an older home and it shows. The place consisted of 3 Apartments and you can hear the neighbors. Needs night time blinds/curtains in the bedrooms as the outside lights come through and lights up the rooms.

There were some things about this property that were not kept up. The washer and dryer were rusty, the awning on the second floor unit (which we rented) was torn and not working in some area's as well as the railing on the steps in the front leading up to the second floor unit was broken on one side and that is a fall hazard. Not to mention the trash around the property. I have some pics if you want to see. Oh and there was some paint that was peeling. Overall though we had a great time besides all that.

I feel bad having to leave a poor review overall as the owner was very accomodating and resjponsive but there are some big concerns I wish I had known before I rented. On the accurate side, the location is outstanding. I had seen the cottage on a previous trip and knew we wanted to be smack on the boardwalk. It is before season so the beach was all ours. Kitchen and bathroom are dated but clean. On the " not good but maybe not a dealbreaker given the location" was the shabbiness- inadequate lighting, shaking ceiling fan, broken blinds hanging in disarray. very sparse - not even a hairdyer. Good thing I did read the reviews beforehand or i wouldn't have known to bring our own blankets which would have been a big problem due tto- Here is the completely unacceptable part- the apt was dank, musty, pervasive smell that reached onto the porch before you even opened the door. Had to leave windows open and fans on and still all my clothes needed to be washed when we got home. Really too bad but a deal breaker for ever staying here again.
