A Down-to-Realism Vacation Stay: Highly Recommended! My stay here was absolutely Excellent and I enjoyed every SINGLE DAY of it. Old Wooden Bridge Cottages & Marina (listed as a Resort on some websites) is the perfect spot if y'all are looking for a decently priced stay. To be realistic, it is not your expensive luxury Hilton-style hotel—but it is an excellent, authentic Keys experience .... We stayed in Cabin J7, which came with Beautiful views (especially Morning Time) and Convenient Private Parking. The Rooms were Great, Comfortable, and Very Clean & spacious. The Kitchen was Fully stocked with everything you need (cups, dishes, pots, and pans). Plus, there is a Winn-Dixie just down the road for easy grocery runs. We actually cooked so much that we had plenty of extra food, which we Shared with the Staff! This place is fully equipped for Boaters and Vacation getaways. They have a great Pool, Boat Ramp & Boat Trailer Parking, a dedicated Fish Cleaning Station & On-site Boat Fuel & Bait On our last day, we went fishing right on the Bridge and caught plenty of fish! As a bonus, there were a lot of beautiful Key Deer roaming around the property, which made my kids stay even more special. The Staff here are Great, Respectful, and Super Helpful. They truly made us feel welcome throughout our trip. I will absolutely be coming here again, and I’m already talking about it and recommending it to all. Affordable Keys getaway, this is it!

Fun property. Pool was nice. House boats were unique. Fishing bridge was a lot of fun. Got to see alot of native Florida wildlife.

Check in qas minutes. Got there early and took boat out. When we returned back from a beautiful day on the water our apt. was ready. Jimmy the dock hand was so helpful and the office staff was great with us. We took our dog, no problem. The key deer are all over the place, when you cook out the grill they must think it's dinner time, was so cool to see them. Remember, do not touch or feed them. 10 of 10!

The Old Wooden Bridge Resort and Marina was perfect for our needs. It's quiet and laid back with super friendly staff. Jimmy was incredibly helpful and adds a colorful flair to the place. He knows the great places to fish. We stayed in one of the newer duplexes. It was clean and spacious. The kitchen was stocked with basic utensils. We did have neighbors that we could hear during the afternoon, but at night everything was quiet.. The veranda was the perfect place to sit with a cup of coffee and enjoy the breeze and the water. They have floating bungalows to stay in, but we did not get a chance to see them.The key deer came around and wandered through the property freely. If you are looking for simple and clean with a friendly and laid back vibe, this may be the perfect place for you. We will definitely be back!

Had a wonderful time! We have been to Old Wooden Bridge Resort & Marina before and we will DEFINITELY return. The staff is awesome! Checking in & out couldn’t be easier. Our houseboat was fully equipped with toiletries, kitchen utensils, sheets & towels. Luv this place!

Aqualodge looked brand new. Enjoyed sitting outside on deck having all meals and watching the sunset. Saw a manatee and key deer within inches of our cabin. Bbq every day and enjoyed watching the boats come go. Only negative was the noseeums! They were hungry. Staff was excellent.

Our cabin was a little dated but we had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and if we needed anything they were on it for us. The location was perfect for visiting all parts of the keys!

We had a terrible check-in, not the resorts fault but Expedia. We were on the phone for over an hour with expedia customer service goung back and forth about our check in time, but luckily when we got there the worker was super friendly and had everything ready for us. Its a very neat experience and cozy. Very good layout for the size of boathouse so nothing felt crammed. Overall would definitely go again. In fact, we booked another night there.

This little resort was perfect. Was low key & had everything we needed to enjoy a nice boys trip. Boat rental prices were definitely some of the best around. Been visiting this place for 3 yrs now & try & make it at least twice a year. The key deer is definitely a treat to be around them almost always.
