This was our second time staying here. Great location + good crowd staying at the hotel. Room was clean, best value on the outer banks. This says it all, last year we stayed it was WV week because of a guest Joe who has came there for many years don't remember specifically. That says what a tight knit motor lodge it is.

Place is right on the water with everything you need in the room. Small kitchen with fridge, microwave and stovetop. Room is very clean and the staff was above and beyond amazing. We can’t wait for the next time we come down to stay here.

Perfect!!! The rooms werent outdated like the other hotels in the area. Rooms were beautiful and perfect. As soon as i walked in it smelled amazing as if it was freshly cleaned. Parking is a little tight but it worked fine for me. The beach is in the back not a far walk at all! I definitely will be back!! Thank you

The check in was quick and the staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable. Each room courtside had it's own parking space in front of your room. It was definitely convenient unloading and loading the car. I will definitely stay again.

I stayed here in the early 1980s, when I was in my early teens. It has been upgraded since then, but still provided that wonderful nostalgic feeling I had when I first visited the Outer Banks! I wanted my kids to experience this as well, so we booked a room for several days. We stayed in a courtyard room, which was still very quiet and comfortable, despite being next to the entrance drive. Unlike most beach motels, parking was NEVER an issue! We always had a spot close to the room. The room was clean and nicely appointed, with just about everything you could want. (Could have used an additional chair for the table.) The mattresses (and pillows) were HEAVENLY! I don't think I've slept on a more comfortable bed! The only issue we did have was the towel bar in the bathroom pulled out of the wall, but that was not until the last day of our stay. (Reported to maintenance) Additionally, checkout was not until 11:00 AM, which was nice as it relieved the stress of having to get cleared out in time. The pool hours were generous, open 9 AM till 9 PM. The pool itself was very clean and it was perfectly chlorinated, not like some that burn your eyes. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a couple of conversations about where to eat, and they suggested some excellent options! I would highly recommend staying here and can't wait until we can visit again!!!

We had a pet friendly room. The room was very spacious, updated and clean. You would never know it was pet friendly. Will definitely go back .

First time staying in Kitty Hawk instead of Nags Head and we were impressed! Cant beat the oceanfront view and the ladies In the office were wonderful. Great restaurants, coffee shops, and ice cream shops within a mile or so. We will be back! Highly recommend staying on the second floor if you can.

Love it here!!!! Beautiful well kept rooms. Staff is awesome accommodating. Rooms are clean lots of items to use like stove microwave refrigerator pots pans plates..they also supply dish liquid soap shampoo. Beds are comfortable and clean. Broom to keep sand cleaned up as best as you can. Great location on beach. Quiet an relaxing. Beautiful ocean view. Would recommend to anyone and will be staying here at all our vacations.

We've stayed here multiple times and have found it perfect for us. We get poolside rooms, because they are all 1st floor, ocean side can be 2nd floor (no elevator).You literally walk through a breeze way and your on the beach. Staff are friendly, restaurants are in walking distance and pool is kept clean. We highly recommend!

I enjoyed my stay even if it was one night! Pool was beautiful and relaxing. Stores and restaurants all around! Room was pretty, bed was comfy and crisp. Beach is legit behind like if it was ur backyard. Definitely will be coming back in the future!
