We stayed here for 3 weeks at one of the airbob properties, we loved it. There was no guard on the gate and he was really helpful especially when I was having trouble figuring out what gas to put in our rental car which was from the uk we used the main pool a few times, and I also received a package delivered, which they handled for me. The grounds are extremely well-managed, and everything is spotless and tidy. The security team went right on top of it one night, getting it settled there is an andi and a public right down the street, there are many eateries close to the complex, and access to the 192 is quite simple. We had a fantastic time and would happily return.

Amazing five-bedroom townhouse at 8951 Coco Palm Road. Booked through tui, a five-bedroom townhouse managed by global resorts. We had a wonderful vacation, and the entire process from landing at the small, welcoming, and fantastic Melbourne International Airport to getting instructions and entry code for the townhouse was very easy, despite arriving after hours, such a relief! The town house is wonderful, generally very well maintained and clean for our arrival, though there were a few small issues we adhered to the management company request to keep the air conditioning off, but it was a little too warm, if we were honest, especially in the height of the august heat. The dishwasher struggled to clean the dishes properly on several occasions, not really a big issue, and the large air vent on the top of the stairs could of done with a clean. The villa was very comfortable and beautifully furnished, but as we had explained it wasnt urgent, we werent too concerned, just that we would have appreciated them fixed at some point during our visit. We had a really lovely time there, the villa was so comfy, beautiful, and just had a perfect blend of everything that makes the townhousevilla spotless! As a family of three teenagers, we really liked the excellent wifi. After a long day at the parks, the small pool was perfect. The bathrooms were lovely, and

Very good property in a lovely segregated community, just off the 192 in Kissimmee. There are some minor issues with the villa. The decor is a bit dated but overall a great base from which to explore the parks in Florida in general. The pool was a little heated shape that was ideal for a swim with the monkeys after a hot day.

Very good stay, we really love the house and amenities and feel safe with the gated security guards. The pool is huge, tennis and basketball courts and the not well known nature trail gives an amazing adventure to explore. Well back.
