Foi uma experiência incrível, o apartamento estava conforme o anúncio. Estava tudo muito limpo e com todos os itens de cozinha, utensílios funcionando e nos atendendo. Tenho apenas duas recomendações para melhoria, a qualidade das toalhas de banho e rosto, as que foram disponibilizadas nao tinham uma qualidade e tamanhos bons e tambem o chuveiro utilizado não tinha uma boa pressão de água.

A localização é excelente! Perto de tudo. A comunicação com o anfitrião sempre foi muito rápida. O apartamento é limpo e bem espaçoso! Camas confortáveis e chuveiros bons! Wi-Fi rápido e fácil conexão. Contém itens de cozinha que facilita para fazer um bom café da manhã ou refeições rápidas. Recomendo a estadia.

Quarto limpo, bem equipado, localização ótima, lavanderia quase em frente ao quarto, o que facilitou bastante na hora de lavar roupas, o self check-in foi a minha parte preferida, agiliza muito e evita toda a burocracia de um hotel convencional, com certeza recomendo e nos hospedaremos novamente nas próximas vezes!

Great view! Laundry was in the building same level for affordable price. Room looked like photos, only con was the towels and sheets had stained on them. Other than that it was a great stay. Easy parking and walking distance to everything.

Easy parking, building and room access. Clean, quiet, and comfortable, with basic kitchen necessities and a coffee pot/filters. My room had a beautiful view of the water with good birdwatching. Within a short walking distance to the Warped Tour shuttle, this place was perfect.

Great stay. Very close to Universal where we were all week. Only issues were we were woken up by some construction right above us on one day. Then at the end of our stay the cleaners were pretty pushy. They knocked on the door around 10 and we told them we planned on leaving at 11. Then another came back at 15 till 11 and asked us again when we were leaving. Outside of those small things we really enjoyed everything and would return.

The condo was amazing. Comfortable, clean and quiet with no issues. Property management was great. Communication was very good and helpful. I would give it a 10 plus. Would definitely come back

There were several postive points. For the $, the location was ultra-convenient, the pool and hot tubs were nice and not slammed with tourists, making it very enjoyable to relax when not at the parks. The location is very close to Universal Studios and all of the restaurants and entertainment. Our room was basic and could use some painting, plus the balcony was very small, but the view was nice and room was clean and equipped with kitchen and home appliances. There is no maid service, so important to be prepared accordingly.

Quarto bom, contudo, haviam apenas 3 toalhas de banho para hospedagem de 11 noites para 2 pessoas. Não havia pano de prato, nem detergente para máquina de lavar louças, apenas um pequeno detergente de louças que durou apenas 3 dias. Também não havia sabonete, mesmo estando descrito no anuncio. Mas no geral foi uma boa hospedagem.

The location was great. The room is very small, there were only 4 small towels for a family of 4 for a week. We actually purchased towels, and left them there. There also were no pool towels. The pool area was good. The location and cleanliness are the strengths.
