This was a great place to stay, just outside of "downtown" Stanley ID. The exact place we stayed I think was better than all the other options. It was like a camper trailer that was parallel to the river. We had lots of windows that faced the river and a few separate chairs for our section. It was tight, but what it needed to be. We stayed 2 nights here on an 8 day trip. It was nice and quiet too considering there was a music festival in town. I got up at 1:30AM to see what the Milky Way Galaxy looked like, it was amazing. The WORST thing about this is the owner doesn't want you to throw things for the dog and the dog begs you to throw things...then looks at you like you're a moron. If I ever make it back to Stanley, this is the place I'd stay again.

We loved the location on the Salmon River with the beautiful views of the mountains. We were able to enjoy the grilling area with our group of 8 people. Our host was responsive, courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying at Redwood cabins!

The space we rented had view of the mountain and river and was very beautiful. The tiny home was very clean. We had a mildly difficult time with check in because we had service dogs. But everything was figured out.

Great cabin and very clean. Beautiful view of the river. BBQ grills were a plus, however they were in need of a good cleaning or replacement. Enjoyed out stay and will definitely return.

The views from the River banks are outstanding. Plan on spending a couple of hours sitting in the Adirondack chairs. Property very clean, bed comfortable and warm

The property and cabins were very well maintained. It was just what we expected of a cabin on the Salmon River. Just remember to bring your own shampoo and hair dryer! Check in was easy and. Niecie (sp) was very personable. She gave us recommendations on places to go and places to eat. We’ll definitely return!

These are very basic cabins in an absolutely beautiful setting. The river and views of the Sawtooth Mountains from the lawn behind the cabins is wonderful. It's quiet and peaceful. The rooms are basic, but the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. The owners were very friendly and responsive. We liked it so much we came back three days later!

We stayed in one of two “tiny houses” on the property. They were super cute, very clean and comfortable. The view from the property is spectacular with the river and mountains beyond, and the owner was very nice.

We had a perfectly cozy stay at the Redwood Cabins! It was opening weekend and still snowing a bit, but the cabin was clean and warm. Greg and family were so friendly and helpful with local advice. And you can’t beat the views and tranquility of the Salmon River.
