The hotel was very clean as well as the room and the staff was exceptional. My only "complaints" are that the shower situation is difficult to figure out (they do offer a QR code with a manual but going through that is a little silly), and we ordered room service dessert which wasn't good at all. We almost didn't eat any of it. We did not complain about it because everything else was lovely. Otherwise, our experience was great and we'd definitely go back.

We loved our stay. Staff was very friendly, Valet staff was great and we took advantage of the car service. Rooms are well appointed.

The location is definitely a major plus. It is hard to beat the fact that you get up in the morning, open your window to the balcony and look out on the Delaware River. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Everybody was keen to make our stay enjoyable. The food in the Rooftop restaurant was also excellent, as was breakfast. All in all, my wife and I highly recommend Odette’s for your stay if you consider this property.

Staff was wonderful. The restaurants were delicious. Valet parking was great and the staff in the garage were very polite. Our room was a little dirty - carpet needed to vacuumed and the bathroom looked like it had been half way cleaned.

We had a lovely stay at River House. The views of the river were absolutely beautiful, and the staff was attentive and welcoming throughout our visit. One of the highlights was dining at Roof, the rooftop restaurant. Even when it started raining, the clear weather canopy allowed us to stay comfortable while still enjoying the amazing views. It felt like a special, exclusive experience. We would definitely return and highly recommend River House to anyone visiting New Hope.

Our room was great! Cozy, fun atmosphere. Heated bathroom floors with a great shower. The entire place was clean. Staff all went above and beyond to make sure we had anything we needed, and the food in the restaurant was phenomenal! Would stay here again if in the area

The room was huge and well decorated with a fresh vibe. The staff were all personable and well trained. When we had a strange problem with hot water in our shower, the staff were attentive to our inconvenience and generous in making it easy to overlook.
