The stay is great it just I'm not getting any different discounts through hotels.co. even though I have moved up to gold tier there hasn't been any difference in pricing or anything like perks. I can actually book the same room for cheaper without being a vip member or anything through other platforms and I have booked through hotels com for a month and a half already

Just if the beaten path of the village of Jensen Beach this property was ideally located. The communication with the River watch staff was fantastic! The apartment was just the right size for my family if there. It was a little too chilly to enjoy the pool but it looked nice. The only downside was that there were a lot of other guests/residents that smoked cigarettes and weed, and the smell of that came right through into our apartment and it was pretty gross and aggravated my daughter's asthma. So the only thing that could make that better is if it was a non smoking property.

This was perfect for what my husband and I needed for our short trip. The apartment looked and felt like it was just renovated. I will definitely stay here again if I am ever in the area.

What a lovely place. We evacuated from the west coast to the east coast to get away from Hurricane Milton and this place was really nice and friendly, Clean, Quiet and we had a enjoying stay. I would recommend this for anyone that wants a nice clean place to getaway for a day or week.

This is the second time we stayed here. I prefer a first floor apartment but we managed with the second floor. I don’t mind the no housekeeping or cleaning during our stay. I would like better garbage bags. It’s a pleasant place to stay.

When we arrived, there was a little glitch, I made the reservations in my name, Donna, however I used my husband's credit card for the Security Deposit, therefore we were not given a code for the door. The Property Manager was very helpful and told us that she did see that we had a reservation. Since it was raining hard, she allowed us to go into the unit but said that we should contact the listing agent. Once I received a message about the credit card and used mine, everything was fine. We enjoyed our stay and is looking forward to staying there again. Location and accommodations were great!
