I loved the studio apartment. It was perfect for my trip!

Great communication and the space was so much larger than expected! Loved it. No negatives. Would have loved a place to hang clothes or unpack but the place was a dream. Close to a blue bike lockup as well making it easy to get around

The mattress was not comfortable, hard as a rock Every thing else was really good. Prefer this place over others.

The unit was impressive. My whole family was pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment. Everything was great, clean and comfortable.

This was such a lucky booking this space is never available. This place will shock you once you walk in. Place needs some tiny TLC but other than that it was a wonderful experience. I definitely will recommend this place to family and friends with no hesitation. Only recommendation is getting a king bed in one of the rooms. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Our stay here was pretty good! Pretty close location to the French quarter, pretty clean studio overall, only thing I would say is AC wasn’t the best. I believe we couldn’t go lower than 70. Something to keep in mind if you’re visiting on a hot weekend.

They moved our room upstairs. This made the listing very difficult for one of our guests in our party.

Nice space, convenient location, but street & sidewalk noise… also a problem when other guests return from a night out at 3:30 in the morning and proceed to bang around their room. Provide coffee…which is nice …shower leaks…which is not so nice. Also, not a single place in the large unit to hang your clothes… no closet… no rod … Nothing!

No toiletries in bathroom. Only two towels in bathroom. Bathroom upstairs had soap, shampoo but not downstairs. Should have stayed at a hotel closer to French Quarters where I could have gotten toiletries and linen and towels when needed.

There was overflowing trash piled up outside the front door causing a ton of flies to swarm, the flies were also inside cause the unit was not well insulated and they could come in through a ton of cracks/spaces around the door and window. There was no toilet paper, the AC didn’t work and after telling them about this no one ever came out to fix it. We had to buy fly swatters, bug spray, toilet paper, and a fan while there. We had to clean up all the garbage (the smell was so awful) and move the trash cans away from the front door, kill all these flies and clean those up and spray bug spray all over. It was ridiculous and when I asked to get reimbursed for some of it all they offered was future credit to say with them again. I’m never booking with Roami again- so I asked for a refund towards my card and they said they couldn’t do it. And there were people digging through the trash right outside our flimsy door and loud people walking by making noise all hours of the night. Awful.

We have stayed here before and it was great. This time, it was the worst experience. The pool was in disrepair, there were maggots in the hallway in front of our unit, and we could hear the people above us walking around at 1 am.

This place should not have the Roami name attached to it. Decent location, but horrible condition. Torn screens in windows, food in fridge, it didn't mention all the steps you have to go up. Would not stay there again. I was highly disappointed!
