We checked in for only one night after Hiking through Kings Canyon. We are so appreciative, bc the host turned on the AC in advance for us. So we walked into a perfectly cool room from the Hot day. The little cabin was perfect for us. We love a smart tv to watch our movies. Nice fridge which kept all our drinks cool. Bedding and towels were clean. The only thing I would replace is the clear shower curtain to block the water from coming out of the shower. It was pretty gross, but the water pressure and shower was totally fine. I don’t think the water ever got hot, but we did not need hot water bc it was so hot outside. We were very happy with our stay and the amenities. We would absolutely book another stay in the future

The cabin was easy to find. We were given very clear directions and check in and out instructions. I wish there were better toiletries provided as we had only traveled with carryons but that is a minor inconvenience and not really their fault. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need for a stay. The view was great. I loved sitting out on the deck in the morning and listening to the birds, I heard 15 different species! I would recommend these cabins to anyone.

The cabin is about 15 min from the entrance of Sequoia. Great deal considering that the prices have gone up.

Our one night in Three Rivers was incredible. First, what a great bed and water pressure in the shower! I have stayed a fair amount in woodland cabins and this was a proper place to hunker down for the night. But, the easy access to the Kaweah River was incredible. What a sight to behold in the morning.

Loved this cabin. Good space, very peaceful. Hard for us in our 40s to get upstairs on that ladder but easy for the kids.

The care taker Tim was vert nice. We absolutely love this cabin and plan to return. The AC in the bedrooms work great but the one in the living room was not cooling well. Take your own cleaning/disinfectant supplies to clean up after yourself during stay.

Excellent property. Loved the peaceful quiet setting with the river flowing next to property as we sat on our deck. Grounds needs a little TLC though I am sure season played into that. Property manager does a great job communicating

Definitely it’s a good place for stand, especially a super short distance to those rivers. Actually it’s about a 50 feet from cabin!

The cabin was great for the price! it was super close to sequoia and a two great coffee shops, it's more than what we could of wanted. check was easy and host made an effort to give me an earlier check in. the area was super nice and had an amazing view of the river and it was fun to walk around! i only have one down side, the towels are super tiny. my bf and i are size medium and large and these towels did not wrap around at us. sadly they also smelled terrible, like cigarettes. we went out to buy some (we did not tell the host since it was late at night when we discovered this). everything else was great and it was so fun to stay at a cabin like this
