Beautifully furnished and decorated. Kitchen was fully stocked. Unit was extremely clean!!

Communication was a major problem, it wasn’t easy to talk to the right person when I needed help on a simple matter. I was 2 hours away from Seychelles and had not received the check in instructions. My daughter had to contact them before I received the agreement to sign, once that happened they sent me the check in instructions. There was supposed to a parking permit in the condo but it was not there. The next morning I had a parking ticket on my windshield saying if a permit is not displayed my vehicle will be towed. In the AM I placed a call to the number I had to contact them, they weren’t answering I left a message and my call wasn’t returned until after 5PM. After getting placed on hold and transferred several times for about 30 minutes, I finally got a chance to speak with Austin. I explained my situation, he listened patiently and told me that it was now after hours. I told him that I needed the parking permit because I didn’t want my vehicle towed. After talking to Austin for a while, he said he wasn’t going to promise me that he would be able to have the parking permit delivered that night that it might be sometime the next day. Well, thanks to Austin two parking permits were delivered that night.
