My wife is very critical anytime I book a stay. She normally likes to stay at the Myrtle Beach Oceanwatch by Marriott. After this trip she quickly said that we will be coming back and staying longer. The pool was amazing, not just the wife and kids, but for me as well. I normally don’t get in the community pools because of overcrowding, but they had several pool areas which made it much more accessible. The lazy river loop was a hit. The mini suite we stayed in was spacious and clean. We loved that we could wash our dirty clothes before we left in the in-suite laundry room. The fridge wasn’t very cold for whatever reason but it did its job. All in all, if the wife didn’t have anything negative to say, I think most people would enjoy staying here.

Overall, our experience was excellent. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help. The front desk manager was especially helpful and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the pool area was also very clean and enjoyable. I love this resort because it is very family-friendly, with activities and amenities for both kids and adults. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back. The only issue we experienced was with the concierge. We were promised a specific incentive for attending the timeshare presentation, but the next day, the concierge manager did not honor what we had been told. That was disappointing, but aside from that, everything else about our stay was excellent.

My family of 4 stayed here from a Tues-Sat. My 2 children loved the resort! It was a nice size resort and walking distance to the amenities. Definitely a family resort, or for couples and singles. We met a lot of people visiting. there were 3 pools and a few hot tubs. I would suggest bringing your own donut for the poo and they have a air pump by pool area. There is also an indoor pool thats connected to the outdoor pool! The kids loved swimming through both. A huge plus were the pool hours-they closed at 11pm! My kids are 11 and 13, so after dinner a night swim was a great option and something to do before bed. They also had a basketball court, etc which was great because my son is obsessed with bball. A quick shower and dip in the pool was the perfect afternoon for him. There was a bar and food options in pool area but we didn't use. The room was a great size, neat and clean. The screened in patio was perfect. Very close to a lot of stores and shops. We also did the villa tour with Clayton, he did not try to oversell anything and there was no pressure. We highly recommend and would love to return in the future. Check it out!

This resort is a dream for families! The grounds and amenities are absolutely stunning, our kids loved the pools and we loved the cute cabana bar! If anything I’d say the expensive incidental fee per NIGHT is extremely steep considering neighboring hotels are a flat incidental no matter how long the stay. Other than that, this place is fantastic! We hope to be back next year!

Very clean rooms and on the property grounds. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended for families you can do so much right on the grounds. It’s the perfect location between the boardwalk and broadway on the beach and especially Walmart.
