The lodge was roomy, clean, well supplied, and comfortable. The only issue we had was that the refrigerator didn’t get cold. However, we utilized the freezer which worked well. The staff was nice and helpful. Check in was quick and easy

The room was clean, the staff was friendly and we had a full kitchen. The fireplaces in each room worked so well that we didn’t have to turn on a heater. We were truly impressed with the layout of the unit. We will definitely speak about our travels to whomever wishes to stay in Big Bear.

The entire place was spotless. I love the decor and warmth of the rooms. Everything you need is here.The staff were kind and helpful. I will chose this place again and again when I am in Big Bear.

Our 2nd time staying here and won't be the last. Very affordable right in the middle of town on Big Bear Blvd. Walking distance to most restaurants. Staff is EXCELLENT and very friendly. Facilities and rooms are clean and comfortable. I would like a slightly larger tv in the bedroom but that's not a deal breaker for us.
