We had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Everything was seamless from check-in to check-out. We especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities, which made us feel truly welcome. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Great location, easy seamless keypad checkin and checkout process. Room was a little small with no seating inside beyond the bed, but overall still a great stay.

Traveled with family. We stayed in chalet 1. This included 3 bedrooms, 1 of which has its own bathroom and shower. There is a patio in that room as well. The other 2 rooms were spacious and all beds were comfortable. The downstairs has 2 full bathroom and showers. This was nice as each family had their own space. Additionally, this specific chalet, has 3 designated parking spots which was confirmed with the staff. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware. The entire place was nice and clean upon arrival. We used the bbq grill on the first day which was fairly kept up, just needed a little cleaning. There are two outside that are shared. Staff is offsite, but very responsive and attended to all of our needs. The cleaning staff was very nice as well. It's close to the Main Street but far enough to not hear all the noise. We took advantage of the private beach tickets and had a good time there. This was a great stay, and would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying here with our family. The check-in process was easy - I received a text message with the door code and our adventure was underway. The property was immaculate inside and out. We loved having a separate bedroom from the rest of the place, and the space in unit 5 was ample for a family of four.

This was such a pleasant surprise. The outside doesn’t give justice to what’s inside the room. We had Unit 2 and found it to be nicely appointed, renovated with a modern, calm decor and a very large room for 2. Nice touches were the real dishes, plenty of coffee, slippers for both of us, extra blankets, a sound machine/night light, and a fireplace! The bed was more comfortable than our bed at our home and that says a lot about it. Parking was right at our unit. Excellent location that felt safe and easy to walk to many shops, restaurants and casinos. We would return in a heartbeat. We travel a lot and this was truly a hidden gem.

Great location near busy area of Lake Tahoe and beaches but set off the main road so quiet. Easy self check in and check out, modern and cozy interior, perfect getaway for the two of us over Memorial Day weekend.

The chalet was very comfortable and quiet accommodation with generous sized bathroom and shower. Easy check-in and out. Great communication from the get go. Would stay there again.

This was our first time at the chalet and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff were quick to answer my questions, the place was clean and cutely updated inside, peaceful grounds, close walk to attractions, and very fairly priced for the area. We have already planned to book here again the next time we come to Tahoe.

Booked a last minute trip and came across the South Lake Chalet. It’s located just a five minute walk to heavenly Village. Parking is right in front of your room and there is no extra charge which is a plus. The rooms seem to be newly renovated and were very clean and comfortable. Check-in was extremely easy and I received my door code the day before. Staff responded to any questions promptly through text or email. I will definitely be back.
