This place was fantastic! Close to all the beach fun and with it's own parking space. Comfortable sitting area and the beds were great. Would definitely stay again. Easy check in.

Très propre, proche de la plage et Venice Beach. Très simple, nous avons reçu les codes de l’hébergement la veille. Parfait !

Great location! The place has a washer and dryer, just take your own detergent. Wall outlets were in weird places, so we couldn’t charge at night near the bed, but rather in odd places. Couch was under the tv, but we moved it for our stay there. Big kitchen and big enough bedroom.

I was very pleased with the studio. It had everything I needed to spend several nights there. The studio is very charming, and I felt safe. Excellent location.

This is the second time staying at this property for myself and husband. We chose it again this year, after staying last year, due to its location and the space on offer for our stay. It was exactly as we remembered. It was clean and well presented with everything we needed for our stay. It is in a quiet area but within walking distance of the canals, beach, bars and restaurants. It says that the parking space is for a compact car but we had a Nissan Rogue that fitted fine. It was a nice touch to have a bottle of wine left for us, just a shame we didn’t get around to drinking it. If we are in the area again in the future, we would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay! Comfortable and clean. Great walkable location. Easy check in and check out. Parking spot more suitable for smaller compact or mid size cars but we backed a large Durango in spot carefully.

Within walking distance to so many things but also reserves the spot for a vehicle if needed. It’s about 1/2 mile away from Venice beach. Lots of food places within walking distance. Also within walking/jogging distance to the Santa Monica Pier (about 2 miles). Lots of shops and things around to do. The a/c thermostat is hard to use if you are not familiar with the a Google nest. But the place is clean and offers wifi, Roku tv with multiple platforms, a comfy bed and a shower with great water pressure.
