Everyone's clean is not my clean. Alerted the management company and someone was there first thing in the morning to clean. Condo furnishings were a little outdated and could use a makeover. All in all it was great, comfortable and my family enjoyed their stay. I would definitely book again.

I really enjoyed my time here. This was spacious enough for 8 people. Quiet, clean and the staff I dealt with in the rental office were outstanding! I will stay here again and recommend this property.

This was an amazing place to stay. We loved have a kitchen to cook in and we were right across the street to the ocean. My only complaint would be that if you arrive late the key is left under the mat at the rental building which we were not told. I had to call to find out.

The ceiling in master leaked from upstairs shower. There was something melted in stove to where we couldn't use it. The upstairs bathroom floor was not level probably due to water leak.. condo could definitely use a new washer/dryer.. the view was excellent!! Over all cleanliness was good..

I would stay there again. Everything went well except the shower. Shower head needs replacement and water drained out very slowly. Otherwise all went well..

when we arrived at the local office, no-one was there except a cleaner. she drove us over to "our unit". 2 hours later someone else came for that unit. we had to leave. the main office in Nevada called us and gave us an upgrade, which was nice. There was a dirty stain on the bed sheets which I laundered myself before using. The remainder of the visit was fine.

There was 1 mug in the cupboard, no hairdryer, no bath mat, no initial tea or coffee, television didn't work in living area, light was intermittent in kitchen, one of the lamps did not work. After contacting the rental company about the television there was no follow up to see if it was fixed. Location was very good but unfortunately this was about the only good feature of this property.

our clothes dryer was inoperable had a hard time getting it fixed ,finally late Saturday evening done,Hotels .com was wonderful...no wi fi,definitely dated great for the beach steps away and for our jazz concert perfect location

The comfort of the bed was off but able to sleep. Everything was fine, except the lack of WiFi connection. I thought there was free good WiFi but I had to go to the center of the area by the pool to get it. But I found the router box for connecting WiFi but it doesn't work. I have to pay for WiFi but it doesn't work that well because it keeps on cutting off from time to time. Who ever is reading this, next time find a way to get WiFi in that area because we are in the future and there will be families with kids that needs,*cough*, I mean wants good decent WiFi.

Property name not readily visible from road, nor was the LSI office. No local rep or contact. Rep was in Las Vegas. I was in Panama City Beach, Florida. I was very disappointed in the room & location; very different from what I had envisioned during my discussion with the rep when making reservation. The condo was removed from everything but the beach. There wasn't even a convenience store within walking distance.
