I don’t typically write reviews but I will share the key points I wish I could see when traveling. This house is a Great location in proximity to stores, restaurants Disney etc…The stay overall was good for my family the house is nice and looks as good as the pictures all bedrooms are upstairs, the response and communication turn around time was reasonable. They accommodated early check in which was nice. The maintenance guy entered the house after we had checked in kinda off putting because our luggage was there while we ran to the store and came back to a truck in the driveway, as my husband approached the door the guy came out and said he was checking the water. We gave him the benefit of the doubt and attributed it to miscommunication with staff that they gave us early check in. I would give 5 stars if not for that encounter and one other thing that made the stay slightly less pleasant the bed in the main bedroom needs to be updated it had an odd slump towards the top to middle area. Other than that everything was great brand new appliances, clean house, rooms nice size, parking and check in was smooth. A nice screened in porch with pond view. Basic pool access. Walking trail. Gated community. Oh yeah last thing there is a deposit required in addition to the cost after booking. So be sure to follow check out rules of removing your trash and placing dishes in the dishwasher. All in all We would book again. Its a nice house and good experience. Thanks

Be sure to ask about rules. did not know this was in a HOA. We were towed because you could only park two cars. we were not told, so payed 300. Unfortunately the Rug was very dirty. There were bad stains and even gum stuck on it. I took pictures and reported this. Some of the furniture was also dirty from not being wiped (soda and candy). None of the televisions worked because the internet in there was so weak, the signal did not work on any of the TV's. We were advised someone would look into this. But no one showed up. In the end our hotspot on our phone helped with the little ones. made our trip very frustrating. Sad

Well equipped home needing a bit of updating. Bedding quality poor - sheets on master bed old and pilled. Very poor communication via virtual assistants from 2 different numbers (one UK number, one US number) plus email. Did not get all queries resolved. Had to push via all 3 communication strands to have security deposit refunded (now done). Also we were told we could access the property early which we did, only to be met by someone (assume from property management company) telling us via google translate (she didn’t speak English) that we shouldn’t be there until later that day.
