The lock on the bedroom door could have been better but I did feel very safe. Owner was extremely nice.

Hot Tub was relaxing after long day walking even with visiting in 90 degree weather. Ken and his staff are just excellent! Oliver, the dog, was super cute. The breakfast made by Ken + the conversations during breakfast really made this special. The house was a great place to relax and had everything needed!

Summit Villa BnB isn'nt just a hotelstay. It is a comfortable, delicious and fun experience! If you want, you can socialize, for instance with a karaoke-night! Ken makes this a special place! He can roast potatoes like not many guys on this planet. When a german gets better potatoes than at home - how can you beat that?

Summit Villa is a wonderful place to stay that offers more personality and character than a regular hotel. It's a little off the beaten trail but you are rewarded with peace and quiet and beautiful vistas. The property owner and manager were welcoming and helpful and the room and attached private bathroom were clean and comfortable. It's an easy 30 minute drive to Denver Airport, I will definitely stay there again when I'm flying to CO!

Breakfast was amazing, being able to choose from a list of items that you’d like to have for breakfast. Choice of fruit, juice/beverage types of bread, pastry/baked goods. Ken made amazing sandwiches, very tasty and super wonderful asking us if there was anything else that we needed or would like to have. He was very nice and welcoming from the beginning showing us around his home and all the amenities that were provided. Staff was super wonderful and kind greeting us, my girlfriend felt very comfortable and at home. Overall such a warm nice place to stay with super nice and wonderful friendly people 10/10 ⭐️✨New Favorite vacay stay spot would love to come again thank you so much Ken!! Also Oliver the dog was the cherry on top super cute

The room was very comfortable, and the hosts were incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. They were flexible with our late check-in, made arrangements regarding their dogs to ensure we were comfortable, and even prepared a delicious vegetarian breakfast for us. Their thoughtful hospitality made our stay enjoyable.

Our host was more than accommodating, he was friendly, eager to serve, and made sure we knew all there was to know about the property. Our stay here exceeded our expectations, and we may never stay at a hotel again!

The host, Ken, and all the staff were so nice and helpful. They had plenty of recommendations for places to go and see and even taught me a new card game. I can’t recommend them enough if you are staying in the Denver area. The breakfast were homemade every day according to preferences and they were delicious. The property itself was gorgeous and the views were great. If I’m ever in Colorado I’ll be staying there again!

This is one of the best place for accomodation if you are travelling Colorado. Ken was awesome host as he toured place, made a delicious breakfast and did not hesitate us in communication. House was super nice with everthing included like hot tub, karaoke station, tv and all you can think of. I would definitely go here again when I go to Colorado

We were leery about a bed-and-breakfast, but it was absolutely amazing!! The people there are very accommodating and friendly. Very peaceful with a great view. Hot tub was relaxing! There wasn’t one bad thing about this place!!

Ken could not have been a more accommodating host, our only regret is only spending one night there with an early departure, so we didn't get to experience his breakfast offerings. 10 out of 10, would happily book there again.
