We had a wonderful stay right on the ocean. Waking up to the sound and view of the waves every morning was incredibly relaxing. The location was peaceful, the property was comfortable and well maintained, and it was a perfect place to unwind while still being close to everything we wanted to explore. We’d happily stay here again.

We loved that we had access to bikes and beach chairs at anytime. We enjoyed a perfect honeymoon exploring Kennebunkport and relaxing at the nearby beach! The staff was excellent and accommodating as well.

We stay here every time we go to Kennebunkport. Great location! Calm, peaceful atmosphere with the ocean right there. Clean and comfortable rooms with easy parking and access to downtown.

This was such a nice property! It is located in a quiet area of town and was just so peaceful to be able to walk across the road to the water or sit in any of the provided chairs at the front of the property to enjoy the sights and sounds of the water. The staff were super friendly and helpful to give recommendations for food and activities.

This place was great! Right on the beach, very charming, and great amenities. They have bikes and beach chairs available, first come first serve. My sister and I biked in to Kennebunkport which was easy and lovely. Highly recommend!

I was excited stay here and my expectations were were met. It was so cute and beachside. The staff was super friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations. My only one tiny, not even criticism, was that the TV was kind of small in comparison with other lodging, but really it was great. We took advantage of the free bikes and the free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate, and the gift shop was also really cute.

What a charming hotel! We totally enjoyed our short stay. So nice to be somewhere without an overnight parking fee. We especially loved the indoor sunroom with the fabulous ocean views.

We had the best stay at the Beach House Inn. I would highly highly recommend. Everything was very clean. The proximity to Dock Square and Mothers beach was perfect for our trip. Can’t wait to come back
