Location is excellent! Charming little hotel. It sits on the end of a row of beautifully restored old houses along the canal one block from the main road that’s lined with shops & restaurants in the heart of old Georgetown. There’s a parking garage directly across the street, 2 very nice coffee shops/bakeries within 1-2 blocks, an Italian restaurant next door, & it sits directly on the canal. Fantastic location & great price. Nice linens & it was very clean too!

The room and bathroom were very clean. The air conditioning was amazing. The complementary umbrella was SO helpful! The check in process was smooth and we were able to check in early. The area is EXTREMELY walkable. If you rent an electric bike/ scooter, you can ride 18 mins to all the monuments/ museums, which is a cheap alternative to an uber. Overall great experience!

The canal had no water and we were disappointed because this was the reason we booked the hotel. It wasn’t what we expected but we ended up enjoying ourselves with the hotel being right in the midst of Georgetown. It was clean and tidy and very historic. The bed was comfortable. The room was kinda slanted due to its age but we got used to it!

I'm now a loyal customer! In fact, I am planning on returning in several weeks. Hard to beat such a central location with this price point, right in the middle of Georgetown, and walking distance to federal government offices. Not to mention, just a few blocks from a great Thai restaurant (Rimtang), tobacco store, liquor store just around the corner, post office several blocks up the street.

Hotel is in a nice neighborhood. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops near by. Overnight parking available in a garage directly across the street.

Kitchen is suitable for reheating easy meals, there's divided spaces in the fridge for each area. Room temp was fairly easy to manage, though did take a little time to adjust the temperature. Only issue I had was the hot water in the shower - water pressure is already abysmal, and the hot water did not last long at all on a night the place was fully booked. Husband didn't seem to have the same issue earlier in the week on a weeknight.

I am shocked how affordable this was as it's in the best part of Georgetown. The housekeeping staff are so sweet, the rooms were clean, and the kitchen was an amazing touch. Even though the canal was not filled during our stay, it was a so nice to look out on the trail and canal. My one critique is if you need to drop off your luggage, the lockers currently don't have keys to lock them.

Location is great walk right out onto M St. Shared kitchen, really no staff for a boutique hotel. We checked off fresh towels and trash on our door and no one ever came to replenish. Shared kitchen, which is fine. I would’ve liked the scene some continental breakfast cereal milk fruit they do have coffee though overall we had an excellent time. We will definitely be repeat customers.

This place was very clean, quiet, and accessible to the best restaurants, shopping, and activities. Honestly an amazing rate for the location. The beds were super comfortable, the minisplit worked great, and I felt safe and secure at night given it's location and double lock entry. This is a self-service type of deal, so if you want someone to greet you and/or a lobby, this is not for you. But if you're wanting to be out doing things, this is ideal.

This cozy room was located in quaint part of town. The night life is energetic. The stay was comfortable, clean, quiet with easy access to enter.
