Stayed for 2 nights. The location is fantastic. Walking distance to all of Gatlinburg. You walk everywhere in Gatlinburg. We were on the 4th floor. You park in a parking garage right by your room. The elevators are fast unless they are in use. Very normal. The pool was very nice. We did not get breakfast or even look at it. The rooms are nice. Ours overlooked the stream with a balcony. Great spot. Nice Hotel!

Lovely place. Got the room with the balcony on the river. First day there, there were 2 guys fly fishing on the river. Way cool!! The Continental breakfast was pretty good. The trolley station was right across the street which made that super convenient. Everything was within walking distance. Would definitely recommend!!!

The room was very clean and updated. The breakfast every morning was really good, a lot better than most. I would stay here again but maybe ask for a room closer up towards the office because it's a long walk to the ice machine or to go out to the strip if your at the far end.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. It was very convenient for what we wanted to do. We will recommend them to our friends and plan to stay again in the future. The front desk staff was very helpful with the check in process and our room was clean and had everything we needed.

Our family had an incredible stay at the Greystone. We loved our river view room, and the private balconies were fantastic for watching all the wildlife. The room, hotel and property were all well maintained and we will definitely stay here for our next visit! Thank you!
