My room was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked, and the location is very convenient. I was in town for a business trip and appreciated the kitchen, which had a roomy mini-fridge, stove, pots, dishes, coffee machine and hot water kettle. My only suggestion would be for the hotel to add a small side table as there was no place in the room to sit down and eat a meal.

Great location in the heart of downtown Alexandria. Easy to get in and out. No frills to the room but just what's needed for a short vacation

Property was in the perfect location in Historic Downtown Alexandria. Fantastic restaurant all around. Short walk to the waterfront. Property was clean and quiet. Property had all of the provisions that I needed. I will be back :)

The room was clean and very nice~! Loved the little amenities of the little kitchen, LOOOOVED the location! Everything was within walking distance, including the waterfront~! A very nice home away from home, and even gives some of us who haven't moved out yet a nice taste of what it's like!

Property was very nice. Bed was extremely comfortable. Heated floors in bathroom was a nice surprise touch. Highly recommend and will stay again. A little pricy for the size of the room, but overall very happy with my stay

Great location. Despite not having anyone on site, the were quick and responsive through text. It is small. But it has everything you need.

This was a great place and the location was amazing. The kitchen had stove, microwave, fridge, even dishwasher! Bathroom had heated floors! Large windows for lots of light in the entire place! Its a gem hidden in plain sight. Easy to miss, which is part of the charm that it blended in so well. Modern accommodations in this historic town. Easy in and out. Accessibility to the water front or to the Metro by the Free trolly or close enough to walk. King Street is full of delightful store and friendly people and it looks amazing all lit up at night! The Kasa has its own private courtyard too for nights under the lights or early morning coffee. This was a great find!

Very helpful and responsive host! The water pressure from the sink faucet was a bit weak, and there was a faint unpleasant smell in the walkway, stairs, and near the entrance to my room (204), possibly due to its location at the back of the building. Other than that, the property is strategically located in the center and not far from the waterfront.

The location was absolutely perfect for my needs. I travel here for work, and it's conveniently a 5-minute walk to my office in Old Town. The space was clean, quiet, and made my business trip very stress-free. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean spacious room, well stocked kitchenette. Unfortunately elevator is out of order, but thats my only complaint.

Room was clean. I had to call in for help checking in and I was extremely rude to the person who answered and they handled it impeccably. Thank you for the help and the kind voice
