The staff, from check in to the bar and the restaurant. Great service, and they went beyond what I would normally expect. Even at a luxurious hotel. The food at the restaurant was fantastic.

the restaurant does need some more staff help, the manager was running the restaurant practically solo in a FULL sunday morning service. She was fantastic, but definitely needs the management to give her enough help. A bar tender should always be on service

Property was peaceful and so very relaxing. Would be nice if they at least offered some type of complimentary breakfast item- even if just pastry. Excellent customer service. Comfortable bed, large, clean room. Beautiful view and grounds. Lots of amenities- binoculars and bicycles available to be lent. It was our anniversary and a bottle of nice wine was sent to our room for us. All the staff, friendly and helpful. We really loved our stay. We will go again. We had dinner at Drake‘s restaurant. The food was pretty good, but the service was below the standard one would expect. Very slow to take our order, time between courses was way too long and they forgot part of order. I noticed the table next to us at the same problem. Cocktails took forever to be delivered. Our waiter was not especially interested in providing good service. However, the View was very nice.
