great location, great apartment. It does have garage parking, but the garage is narrow and has a manual garage door, so be careful puing in/out and opening /closing the garage door..

Excellent space well equipped kitchenette a real plus! Dog friendly a real plus! Beautiful beach front. Great bbq grill and fire pit. Well equipped. Chairs umbrellas surfboards boogie boards awesome place.

I wish we could choose the floor we wanted to be on. Theres no way to choose our rooms. We are 4 elderly ladies and could have used the extra room to have had moved around in. But overall we did have a great time at this location. Some rooms get garage parking while othets get street parking. Parking close to the Marbella is not always possible. Again the deck was very nice, we met some very nice people. Trevor the property manager was very nice. We did a lot of walking to get familiar with the location. So nice!!

Very clean, loved the modern decor & amenities & you are right on the beach! Slept with window open so we could hear the ocean waves. Only downside to being right on the beach is there is early morning noise, trash trucks & people although if we had the windows closed the noise would have been more muffled. Wonderful deck to sit, have a drink & watch the waves, we saw a pod of dolphins while we were the at the end of April. They have beach chairs, boogey & surfboards, even sand buckets & toys for the kids hotel guests can use. Wonderful hotel will definitely stay there again.

Very updated room with a kitchenette, 2 person table, and a comfy bed. Loved having a garage for our car. Also loved the shared patio space and the use of beach chairs and umbrellas. Perfect location to walk to anyplace.

My daughter and I were in town for a tournament and we booked at this location right on the beach in Oceanside. The place was exactly as the picture shown, and it was the perfect spot. The property manager was awesome and very responsive to my questions. I will definitely book another stay in a larger room to spend more time on the beach. The location is within walking distance of the pier, and there are a lot of good restaurants to eat in and around the area. There is so much to do and see in Oceanside and it’s relatively close to Carlsbad and Del Mar. If you don’t mind a little drive it’s very easy to get to San Diego proper. The room we had was very clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable. We use the sofa bed as well and surprisingly it was comfortable also. I also appreciated that they gave us coffee in the room and a refrigerator which came in handy to pack our snacks.

What a charming property and location. Easy access to beach and downtown. We loved our stay and can't wait to go back. Beautiful ocean and pier views from our 3rd floor room. Fun patio to watch people and cars cruise the Strand. Also pet friendly!

Absolutely love this property. This is my second time booking also I have it booked during the summer. I have two teenage daughters and we’ve made so many amazing memories on this property great location. I can’t wait to be back in summer.

The room was facing south, small units and I could her the waves all night, the kitchen was small for our family but it had all we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, the location is about a 10 min walk to restaurants, icecream shop, surf shops etc. The unit had a garage that is only big enough for a small suv, I did see a 4 door tacoma inside one. We used our garage to store our surfboard, scooters, skateboards and toys.
