1 STAR – THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL STAFF AND SERIOUS SAFETY CONCERNS! If I could give this property ZERO stars, I would. This was an absolute NIGHTMARE from beginning to end. We were left standing outside for approximately 45 minutes because the access codes provided by the property DID NOT WORK. We were given TWO incorrect codes. We repeatedly contacted the staff for assistance. Instead of providing a working solution, they asked us to RECORD VIDEOS showing that the door codes were not working. And guess what? WE DID EXACTLY WHAT THEY ASKED. We recorded videos, followed their instructions, tried the codes repeatedly, and did EVERYTHING we possibly could to get inside. Yet despite all our efforts, they failed to provide any effective assistance. AND THE WAY THEIR STAFF TREATED US WAS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. When we called asking for help, the staff member was EXTREMELY RUDE, raised their voice, yelled at us, and spoke to us in an insulting and disrespectful manner. EXCUSE ME? WE ARE THE PAYING CUSTOMERS! We were already frustrated, exhausted, and stuck outside because of THEIR incorrect access codes. Instead of apologizing and helping us, they had the audacity to yell at us for trying to resolve a problem we did not create. We were not being unreasonable. We were simply asking to get into the accommodation WE HAD ALREADY PAID FOR. NO GUEST SHOULD EVER BE YELLED AT OR INSULTED FOR ASKING FOR HELP.
