Close drive to downtown, live casino, Lincoln financial field, and Wells Fargo center. Would recommend place to stay in Philadelphia.

My stay here was so enjoyable that I already miss it, I was sad to leave, and I can't wait to go back! TheU-BnB has to be West Philly's best kept lodging secret --- I normally stay in hotels but this trip opted to try something different, and I am SO glad I did! From the moment I booked, I felt completely comfortable -- the communication from the owner was immediate and detailed. I arrived in the wee hours of the morning and struggled to find parking on the street (Friday night) but I managed, and the rest of my stay it was totally doable, I was able to park very close. So much was within walking distance, as well -- the location is excellent. The apartment has been renovated very well, it's SO clean, and oh-so-charming! And perfectly affordable! I was a little nervous about the spiral staircase but I got used to it and I absolutely LOVE the vibe. (It should be noted that the bathroom is on the second level of the main floor apt, in case you struggle with stairs.) I found the bed to be super comfortable and the bedding is soft and welcoming after a long day of touring Philly. The back patio is totally private and relaxing, as well. I literally CANNOT say enough about how much I love this place, and I can't wait to go back!! THANK YOU for such an incredible experience!!!

Communication was excellent. Issue with number of towels and bedding resolved promptly. Property was clean and kitchen was up to date. Would like to return in better weather to use the outside amenities. Overall, the facility added to the trip at a reasonable price for the area.

Very convenient location, Dining, grocery shopping, outdoor exercising, public transportation, all within a few minutes walking distance. Overall house condition is okay. Quite old, only partially renovated. Also a bit noisy when the air conditioner or the washer is running. On the other hand, it is spacious and not pricy. The kitchen and the in-house laundry is very convenient. The stairs may be the only thing that took me a little while to get used to. Fortunately, my size is small. If you are tall and strong, this may not be a good option for you. Owner is also very nice and flexible. So I was able to do an early check in without dragging my luggage on the street for hours. Overall I like my stay here.

Had a good stay. Perfect location to explore West Philly, easy walk to shops and restaurants on Baltimore Ave. as well as Clark Park. Street parking not a problem on this block at all, parked right in front of the apartment all three days. Older building, looks a bit weathered on the outside, but the unit was well done on the interior.

The stay was in a comfortable location, where if either driving, using Uber, or taking public transportation wouldn’t be a hassle to view multiple areas of the city. There’s plenty of more than decent places to find a meal at within the area also. This was my second stay and having a different room, I’d say that two experiences there is more than enough to win me over in coming back a third time.

This is perfect for a Philly getaway for two. It's very spacious, fully equipped duplex. I did not mind the stairs at all either! Had a fun time.
