Probably the best stay of my trip. Clean, comfortable room with a balcony and what a scenic view. Only negative was having to drive a ways to find dinner. Would definitely book this stay again. Could only imagine how nice the stay would be during ski season. Staff communication was via text messages, even prior to arrival which was nice, including follow ups afterwards.

Large clean room, a microwave and fresh water were available, pool was wonderful the sauna and hot tub available. We loved the location, and had a marvelous time. The stream in the back of the property where we could walk was wonderful, and the patio each room had was great for us with the dog

This hotel is wonderful. Great vibe, great property with a sprawling and inviting lawn overlooking the river. Beautifully landscaped and super dog friendly. It’s a very chill space.

Beautiful green area behind the property that leads down to the creek. I’m writing this in July so it was nice to go down and take advantage of some of the chairs and the swings they had. The staff was absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend this property.

Second time staying here and will continue to come back. Thoughtful outdoor touches - great seating near the creek in the back, sauna and indoor pool are great amenities. The rooms and beds are clean, comfy, and cozy.

Fantastic stay. Enjoyed the sauna, pool, wood fire pit and gas fire pit. Rooms were very comfortable. Very close to many restaurants and breweries.

Excellent location. Very helpful front desk team. Rooms were very nice, average size, but totally remodeled. The riverfront property is beautiful with plenty of drink chairs and a separate building to store your bikes. Great breakfast available across the street at the Hearthstone Cafe.

Small but very well kept rooms. Dogs were welcome and the grounds were perfect for them. A door inside like a typical room with a second door out to the porch and grounds. That was a huge plus for unloading to car and taking out the dog! Very nice indeed

The staff really make this place stand out. It’s different and very cool. I loved that I could bike to the bike path and hike up in Wiessner Woods without getting in the car. Lots of great restaurants nearby. I had a Stuga cabin which was excellent.

Great location, clean, updated hotel. The hotel room was nice with an updated bath and a large shower. Enjoyed the indoor pool and the outdoor hot tub. Would recommend to anyone visiting the Stowe Vermont area.

I absolutely loved my visit and was sad to leave. My room had a little deck overlooking a river, so it was very peaceful and full of birdsongs. The grounds were beautiful. My room was very clean and comfortable, and the heated pool was a treat. The desk staff could not have been nicer, and were very good natured and helpful when I locked myself out of my room. And the coffee in the lobby was delicious! Flavorful and strong! If I return to Stowe, I will definitely stay at the Tälta again!
