Overall this was a great place to get away but still be in the hustle and bustle of downtown LA. I would say that getting into the hotel was the only thing that could of been better due to these apartments being rented through a third party. It had a huge bathroom, living room area and great kitchen space. There was underground parking which was a huge plus and made for easy access.

Clean room, nicely decorated, stocked with all necessary amenities, parking was safe and convenient, walking distance to Staples. Courteous and professional staff.Will definitely be back!

Super location across street from convention center, walk 15-20 mins to fashionable restaurants, bars. Brand new 1 BR condo in luxury building. Parking in basement, for a fee. Good luck getting in after hours, luckily I had a car and a gate remote for the parking garage. I had to walk in through the garage, front door didn't open with my electronic key. I am not comfortable with a website called HOTELS.com doing short term rentals by owner. It was not advertised as such on HOTELS.com website, I found out 24 hours prior when the owner texted me with instruction not to mention any rental websites.

Our family stayed overnight for a basketball game. When booking, I didn't realize how close the Staples Center is. This hotel was super convenient and accommodating. The Manager was extremely helpful when we had questions. I will definitely remember this hotel for future bookings.

ロビーに人のいないアパートメント形式ですが、ロビーも広く、パソコンルームや、ソファーも整っています。使いませんでしたが、プールやジムもあります。コンベンションに近く、とても便利です。

This is an AIR BNB, but it was still great. Awesome room, great building. The pool, gym and rooftop were perfect. We tanned by the pool, worked out in the gym and BBQed on the roof. We came here for the clippers and lakers game and this place is a 5 minute walk from the Staples Center. The ONLY downside was that since it isn't an actual hotel, there was no room service or maid service. But that didn't bother me. Great place.

they couldn't let me check out late even if i checked in at midnight, and they couldn't let me leave my luggages at the counter or something. they said i had to leave by 11;30. For this price..... i didn't expect this kind of service..... and i didn't know it's a apartment/hotel place before either. So i had trouble getting the key from security, and had trouble of getting in the building as well. so.... yea it was actually pretty bad and for the price..... it's pretty unacceptable actually.

I had no idea when I booked this room on Expedia that it is an AirBnB room. I wanted something close to the Staples center and this was a great location. I could walk to the center. The room is very modern to the point that it is a bit cold and austere which is not my personal preference. A nice kitchen, but you must supply any items you want, i.e., coffee, etc since none are supplied.

This wasn't actually a "hotel", it's an apartment complex that rents out their fully equipped units. Our unit was very clean and comfortable. It had a fully functional oven, refrigerator and microwave. It even had pots and pans, dishware and silverware. The rooftop lounge is beautiful and relaxing with the patio furniture, TV, and fireplace. There are also barbecue grills available for use. It also has amazing views of the city. The location is fabulous: walking distance to the LA Convention Center, Staples Center, Microsoft Center, and LA Live. When you check in, you have to call the number provided and someone meets you to drop off the keys and instructions for parking, etc. Overall, it was a great stay and I would consider staying here again!

Great place, but NOT a hotel. This is an apartment complex directly across from the LA Convention Center and a 5-min walk to Staples Center. Pros: Location, location, location! Convenient for nearby events and the building has amenities like pool, fitness and business center, etc. The room is spacious with full kitchen, washer, dryer, and a (very limited) set of dishware and cooking utensils. Cons: There is no daily housekeeping, room service, concierge, bell desk, etc. Check-in is at 3 pm with a slight possibility of early check-in for $30, IF available. Check-out time is strictly enforced at 11 am. Overall pleasant experience.

Great property. Parking was a little tricky to figure out at first. You can also park at the convention center directly across the street for $20. Overall highly recommended especially if you need to be close to the convention center, staples, LA live etc.
