Traveled with my 3 kids and husband for a family weekend getaway. The staff was friendly and welcoming. My kids had a great time at the playground and the indoor pool. We didn't use the outdoor pool as it was still a bit cold outside. The room was spacious and clean. Overall, had a wonderful experience and would stay again.

The staff was extremely helpful and polite. The property is lovely and my grandkids enjoyed both pools immensely which were kept clean. Will be going back in the fall

This is a big beautful modern condo complex about 20 mins outside Wiilamstown (to the north) or Pittsfield (to the south). Huge swimming pools - one indoors, one out. Beautiful views of the Berkshires. Quiet rural environment. I could hear the frogs singing and the cricketa chirp at night. Excellent value for the money. Friendly staff. I got a one-bdrm condo for the price of a standard hotel. No grocery atores nearby some come with supplies if you plan to cook.

While traveling in the area for summer we found Vacation Village. Great jump off point, great amenities, helpful staff, nice set up inside the condo, pots, pans, utensils, glassware, other cooking utensils in good shape. Private decks are a nice touch. Best bargain in the area by far!!! Will be back!

I can't say enough about this property. The rooms (our two bedroom suite was actually two conjoined rooms) were bigger and better appointed than advertised. The staff was friendly, helpful and the service was prompt. Everything was included for a family stay including coffee and coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes, glasses and utensils. rTwo things stand out above the great rooms and lovely property. First, my grandchildren locked a toy in the safe and the staff member who recovered the toy was quick, kind, and ever so pleasant. Second, my daughter left a pair of earbuds behind and the staff found them after she left, and the hotel returned them. I'll go out of my way to stay here again and I suggest that you stay here as well.
