Venice Villas kennen wir von vorherigen Aufenthalten, nur diesmal war es kontaktlos. Die Kommunikation verlief etwas schleppend, man bekam nicht wirklich zügig eine Antwort. Zum Glück bekamen wir rechtzeitig den schlüsselcode und die Zimmernummer mitgeteilt, da wir nur bedingt Wifi hatten. Ansonsten war es schön wie immer.

The property was clean. Extra amenities (like bikes, beach chairs, books) were very nice. Bathroom fixtures were a little outdated. Water pressure and temp were not the best, but adequate. The location of the villas was excellent. We would return here!

Exceptional location both to the beach and restaurants. The facility has everything you need to augment your stay: bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas, coolers and pool floats. The room is immaculate too.

Fantastic location able to walk to town, beach, restaurants and walking trails. Our unit met our needs perfectly with a living area, small kitchen bedroom and bathroom as well as outdoor balcony. Outdoor Pool and BBQ grills onsite as well as having beach supplies and bicycles available for use! We hope to return!

Accueil très chaleureux avec énormément d'informations sur le fonctionnement de l'hôtel ainsi que sur les environs (plages, restos). Chambre très spacieuse, cosy, très propre et fonctionnelle (parking juste devant la chambre, frigo, machine à café, cuisine et un salon). Le complexe est très joli et très bien entretenu la piscine était propre, grande et il y avait beaucoup de transats. L'hôtel se situe au bord de la route pour se rendre à la plage (on entend rien, route limité à 20mph). Beaucoup de restos dans les environs et la plage se trouve à 2 min en voiture. Nous y sommes restés 2 nuits. Nous avons pu utiliser les vélos mis à disposition pour aller prendre notre petit déjeuner dans les alentours et faire tranquillement une balade. C'est vraiment un bel endroit. Merci pour cet agréable séjour

Very clean. Felt very safe. Excellent location just a couple blocks from the beach and from dining. Very quiet. Everything worked well. Office staff went above and beyond to accommodate later check in. Excellent amenities (bikes, pool, laundromat, beach chairs, library).

The condo was perfect for our needs. The amenities go above and beyond for those wanting to take advantage of the beach. The pool is heated, but chilly if you’re a Floridian; perfect for family from up north. We loved the whole experience there!

We loved this place!! We arrived late and the office was already closed, but we had no problems checking-in. The room was comfortable and spacious for the two of us (#10). There were plenty of linens for the bathroom and all the amenities we needed in the kitchen. The room was next to the pool, but we weren’t there during the day, so I can’t say whether it would have been noisy or not… It was quiet for us! Only issue I would say, was the parking. Not that they didn’t have plenty; the parking lot is tight, and a couple other patrons had larger vehicles parked on the property, which made it sketchy maneuvering in and out (but there was plenty of parking in front of the property and on the road though for those vehicles!). We felt safe, the property was well lit, the pricing was great and we’ll definitely be back!!
