Excellent price and location. The only two hiccups- the guest sheet listed pool opening at 8:30 am and an employee started cleaning the pool at that time instead, which took an hour. The guest sheet also listed check out at 10 am vs. Expedia listing it at 11 am on the resevation. A definite discrepancy if attempting pool time that morning ahead of check out, which of course was impacted by the late cleaning. Overall will stay again, but hoping for more timely pool maintenance that aligns with commitment to guests and alignment on information between resort and third party booking agency.

1 pool and hottub for kids/family 1 pool and hottub for adults 18 and over. it's in great area right by the golf course and excellent biking/walking trails. Just on the other side, North, of the golf course is a great park called Thunder Junction with everything from Tennis, multiple kids jungle gyms and slides, walking trails, Duck/turtle pond, bathrooms, plenty of parking in multiple areas. It's pretty big! Cute little condos. Ours had 2 rooms 2 bathrooms. Sink, fridge, etc. I loved the 2 lounge chairs. Fell asleep in them twice during our stay watching TV in the evening. Has a kids playground, sports court with a net and basketball hoop. Laundry area in main office for washing and to replace linens and swim towels. Super quaint and fun! Loved it! Recommendation is to bring the bikes and enjoy the on and off road trails. You can bike on paved trails right into dinner areas north of the area 5-10 min bike ride.

We stayed for a family vacation with our son. The place was perfect. Clean, easy to access and quiet. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay with them again

Place was clean and roomy. Kitchen is well stocked. Amenities are nice. My only complaint is the sprinklers. They water WAY too much and for too long. Such a waste of water in the desert and so early in the season. It’s only April. But the place is close to a lot of things and it’s easy to get around.

It was a quiet place next to the golf course. However, we were told there was a sofa bed and there was not. Turns out there was a hidden Murphy bed that was blocked by the couch ha ha. But the room was clean and easy to get to and the front desk clerk was more than accommodating. We will stay here again.

The unit we stay was clean and very comfortable, except for the mattresses. the whole neighborhood was very pretty and with beautiful views. close to the highway. the pools were very clean and well maintained we only used them in the afternoons and was very quiet there.
