Very clean apartment. Very well stocked - kitchen equipment, towels, swim towels, portable chairs for beach etc.

The property had lots to offer. The beds were comfy and the lanai was great to sit out on. The property well stocked with the exception of everyday use items to cook with like seasonings, oil, or condiments. In rentals I’ve been at previously, many people leave those items for the next group to use but this one had salt and pepper and that was it. The pool area was clean and not super busy. There was a barbecue area to cook at by the pool which was awesome.

It really was just a two minute walk to a beach. Close to everything, well stocked, very clean, comfortable beds. Nicely decorated and good ac and fans. Really just perfect! Thank you

Location was great, clean and inviting. Probably would make sure families realize that it rwally only sleeps.4. We were 5 and the bunk beds were very wobbly and my adult son felt it was not going to hold him. But the place ia really nice and we'd definitely stay again.

Our family of 4 stayed for a week at White Sands Village and loved the location and the property. The condo itself is great and the pool area is nice and not too busy. Very clean and everything in good working order. Comfy beds and furniture. Getting in and out, even with a late arrival is no problem with the keyless entry system. The lanai is great for outdoor meals or relaxing on, but because the unit is in one of the furthest back buildings you can only see a sliver of the ocean. The beach across the street wasn't safe for swimming during our visit, but we were prepared for that based on the time of year we visited (March). It was still enjoyable for sitting in the sand and checking out the tidepools and watching the sun set. There's pretty much only one walkable option for eating, which is the restaurant right across the street. It has a fantastic patio right on the water. Driving into Kona will take just 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. We would definitely stay here again.

We just wanted a home away from home in the week we were in Kona and we were not disappointed. Everything we needed was in the condo. Kitchen was well equipped and we cooked some lovely steaks. Everything we needed for going to the beach was there, towels, deck chairs, wave boards, etc. Living room and bedrooms were comfortable after a day of fun.

Property was clean and conveniently located. Some things needed repair - handle on freezer fell off, kitchen faucet was not tightened to counter and the whole thing rotated whenever it was used. Thermostat was fixed at 72* and could not be lowered at all; television controls were complicated and spectrum cable was super slow. We paid for late check-out (3 PM), only to return at 2 PM and find the door code already changed with our belongings locked inside. Resolving this was difficult, took 40 minutes, and the "local team" still insisted we exit by 3:30.
