HOUSE RULES:
1. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight
2. Respect neighbors and avoid making loud noise (especially from 10PM - 7AM)
3. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited
4. Please use ventilation when cooking or eating strong-smelling food
5. Do not dispose of paper or other objects in the toilet
6. No smoking indoors
7. No parties or events
8. Check-in from 14:00; check-out before 12:00
DAMAGES & FEES:
1. Any damage to furniture/amenities caused by guests will be charged
2. Please wash dishes after use and dispose of trash properly; otherwise, a cleaning fee of 200,000-400,000 VND may apply depending on the condition
3. Please turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the room; otherwise, a fee of 200,000 VND will be charged
4. Do not use bath towels for cleaning or other purposes; heavily stained towels will incur a fee of 250,000 VND per item
5. Lost key/fob fee: 250,000 VND per item
OTHERS:
1. Pets are allowed; please use the designated elevator and always keep them leashed outside the unit.
2. As this is a residential building, elevators may be slower during peak hours.
3. After 5 PM, close windows/balcony if you want to keep insects out.
4. After 11 PM, use the elevator via basement floor B1 (as ground floor is closed).
5. All guests must provide a valid ID so the host can register your stay with the local authorities.
6. In case you’re unsatisfied, please contact us and we’ll try to resolve it promptly.
