I will always be grateful to them for my amazing year in the apartment. Its modern, close to the beach and cozy. Son and linh are the best landlords you could ever meet. You have a lot of privacy and personal space at bella, but you also feel like i am surrounded by family.

The location is good. The service is also good, the rooms are new and the landlords are nice. Very nice apartments, very well located, great service, best landlord we have had in 7 years in the city.

I spent three months in a onebedroom apartment here. The location is ideal, with the beach just ten minutes away and all of the wellknown foreigner bars and restaurants within walking distance. Although the building is familyrun, the owners are always willing to help and speak excellent english. Theres quaint little cafe in front of it where you can get beer and kebab at night, and the internet speed was really fast. All in all, it was incredibly satisfying, so i would suggest this place to anyone searching for an apartment in da nang.

The best are linh and son. In 2018, my girlfriend and i spent about a year at bella, and during that period, son and lenh went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They will take care of you, from serving food and drinks to celebrating the new year, offering travel advice, even going out of their way to test out tyr motorcycles before ive bought them! Above all, theyre just lovely people. The apartments themselves are lovely and offer excellent value for the money, while the neighbors are all very enjoyable. There is no traffic and the apartment has essentially surrounded by culde-sac, which creates ambiance of community. Many thanks for everything, guys. Will and Ruth x.

Aside from the fantastic apartment, the landlord, son, is also fantastic. An honest man with support youll struggle to find anywhere, not just in da Nang. Miss the family, space, and walk down to my khe beach.

This place is highly recommended for a short or long stay in da nang! A great place to live on secluded street in the heart of an Thuong. The owner is amazing and knows hospitality!.

My husband and i rented a 2bed, 2bathroom apartment. Son met us through the expats of daang facebook group. He sent us instagram photos of the place which made us want to see if we wanted to go there. The place was stunning, with modern appliances and very clean. We signed the lease the same day and wish we could have stayed longer but the property was already leased for an entire year.
