- Check out : Before 10:00 am. You can return your luggage during cleaning time until 14 pm

***Other Rules: We're pretty easy-going and we try not to create too many rules, but at the same time, we want to be fair to every person who stays with us, thus we kindly ask you and your company to please take these seriously.
A. Please do not smoke inside the house. It's one of those rules that we must enforce due to the health interests of our guests and their traveling companions. Often time, we have children and elders as guests checking in after you leave, hence if you need a smoke break, please do so outside the premise.
B. If you have guests/friends at other hotels or homestay, who will be staying overnight, they must be registered with us, because that's the law and there is no exception to this rule.
C. Please turn off all lights, air conditioner/fan, and water before leaving the house. Also, wash the dirty dishes and other kitchenware afterwards if you were prepping a snack or cooking a meal in the main kitchen prior.
D. Please leave your shoes and slippers on the shoe rack before coming inside the house. We want to maintain the house as clean as possible and very much appreciate it if you could, too.
E. We hope that your visit to Vietnam results in wonderful memories that could last a lifetime.

***우리는 꽤 쉽지만 너무 많은 규칙을 만들지않으려 고 노력하지만 동시에 우리와 함께있는 모든 사람들에게 공정하고 싶어합니다. 따라서 우리는 당신과 당신 회사에 심각하게 받아들이도록 부탁드립니다.

C. 집을 떠나기 전에 모든 조명, 에어컨 / 팬및 물을 끄십시오. 또한 이전에 주 주방에서간식을 준비하거나 식사를 조리하는 경우더러운 접시와 기타 주방을 씻으십시오.

D. 집에 들어가기 전에 신발 끈과 슬리퍼를신발장에 두십시오. 우리는 가능한 한 깨끗하게 집을 유지하기를 원합니다. 미리 감사드립니다!

A.请不要在房子里吸烟。这是我们必须执行的规则之一,由于我们的客人和他们的旅伴的健康利益。很多时候,我们有孩子和长者作为客人在你离开后签入,因此,如果你需要冒烟,请在外面的前提下。

B.如果你有其他酒店或寄宿家庭的客人/朋友,谁将留在过夜,他们必须在我们注册,因为这是法律,这项规则也不例外。当你到达,请让我们制作你的护照的副本,我们一定会把他们交给你第二天!
