**Property Care**
* Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
* Please do not remove any items from the property.
* We understand accidents happen! If anything gets damaged, please let us know so we can arrange for repair or replacement.

**Cleanliness & Environment**
* Strong-smelling foods (such as durian, jackfruit, and dried seafood) should not be eaten or stored in bedrooms. Please enjoy them in the kitchen or outdoor areas.
* Please tie all trash bags. If the kitchen bin is full, leave extras by the outside flower bed for daily pickup (4:00–5:00 PM).
* Smoking is allowed only on the balcony and in the garden. Please use the ashtrays provided.
* For stays over 7 nights or longer, we offer one complimentary weekly cleaning upon request.
* As Vietnam is a tropical country, occasional insects (including mosquitoes) are a natural part of the environment. Preventive products and comfort items are provided for your use.

**Visitors, Noise & Security**
* All visitors must be reported to the host, and a valid photo ID is required before check-in.
* Only registered guests may stay overnight.
* Please keep noise to a reasonable level after 10:00 PM.
* Parties and loud gatherings are not allowed.
* Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay.

**Safety & Emergencies**
* The use of electric stoves, candles, or flammable items inside the room is not allowed.
* Please turn off lights, air-conditioning, hot water, and electronics when leaving the room.
* In case of emergency (fire, power outage, or medical issue), please contact the host immediately.
* Illegal substances and drugs are not permitted on the property.
* Emergency numbers: 113 (Police), 114 (Fire), 115 (Ambulance).
