“Accommodation rule:
- Kindly present your passport with a valid entry visa for the check-in procedure.
- Do not bring firearms, explosives, toxic substances, or addictive substances into the house. Do not have drugs, do not organize gambling or other social events.
- Do not change or move the furniture or equipment from one place to another. Guest are liable to indemnify the host at current prices for any losses or damages caused.
- Please do not get more people in the room without prior notice to host.
- Please keep hygienic, put garbage in the right place. Leave the kitchen clean and tidy after use. Surcharge will be from 300.000vnd for cleaning the kitchen.
-The towels in room just only use purpose for: Face and body (the skin doesn't have lotion oil on body); if use the towels with other purposes:
Do not step on the towel with your feet; Make it dirty; can not cleaned (lipstick,oil,...) we will charge fee: 200,000vnd per towel.
- Best tips to save your food from ants: please keep your food and leftovers in the fridge. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room.
- This is a smoke free home.
