1. Do not store and use drugs, stimulants or easily flammable and explosive substances under Vietnamese law.

2. After 10 pm, do not disturb other people with fuss, gambling, drinking and quarrel. Especially, do not open party, music and TV.

3. Keep good hygiene in building; Do not litter your garbage, but throw it into the garbage can of the building; Do not leave your clothes or shoes outside your room/apartment.

4. All tenants have to open gate by their own keys. Do no keep gate open or open gate for other tenants and stranger.

5. Turn off the air conditioner, lights and all other electrical appliance(s) when not using or leaving house. Do not plug your charging tools all day and night to keep you and others in good secure

6. To be fully responsible for your own personal jewelry, money and all other effects. For all of the personal - loss cases, we will support to work with local police, no compensation.

7. The numbers of people staying in the building are not allowed to be over the registered. All visits of relatives, friends need to be informed in case they are staying over 24 hours, Citizen Identification or Passport will be asked for police local register.

8. Check in/ out time: Check in: 15:00pm. Check out: 11:00pm
Before/ After this time, we will charge fee as below:
- From 01 hour to 02 hour: Charge 30% on date rate
- From 02 hour to 05 hour: Charge 50% on date rate
- From 05 hour and above: Charge 100% on date rate
