May's Villa serves our guests with the slogan: "Your Satisfaction Is Our Fulfillment". We would like to bring guests the most suitable time when relaxing here. Therefore, policies will be indispensable for a happy and friendly common space. These following statements are May's Villa policies that we need our customers’ supporting and understanding during their stay:
- Noise to be kept at a minimum level after 9 pm in order not to disturb another guest. (This first rule for those who book the whole house with 3 and 5 bedrooms, you have to share the villa with other guests. If you book the whole house with 8 bedrooms after, you can skip this rule).
- Each whole house has a private yard and garden for itself so guests can have BBQ parties there but need to be finished after 9 pm. (The same as first rule).
- All activities such as karaoke, dancing, drinking are forbidden.
- Pets (dogs, cats,...) are accepted to enter the villa however because of the comfort and safety of all guests, please notice the following rules:
+ Pets must be in a leash or in a carrier when in a common place in the villa. Pets must have their own house with them.
+ We only allow for small and medium dogs.
+ Guests must clean up their pets' own waste.
+ Do not bring pets into the pool.
