Maple Hotelと受付が違い　とてもわかりにくかった。係員は12階にあると言ったが12と12Aがあり12Aにはなかった。他にも戸惑っている客がいた。１階のエレベーター前に案内の紙をつけるべき。ローケーションは最高だった。

This hotel was hidden in a side street behind other hotels but it’s such a gem. Beautiful and spacious, the room had everything we needed and more for a large group. Definitely would come back!

사진과 다르겠지~ 생각했는데, 일부창문이라고 했는데, 사진과 같았어요. 해변도 보이고, 시티뷰도 보이고~ 메이플호텔건물에 12층에 홀리비치 오피스가 있고, 그 윗층으로 방을 줬어요~ 넓고, 깨끗하고, 깔끔하고 좋았어요~ 냐짱에 또 간다면, 이 곳에 또 머물고 싶네요^^

객실 넓고 깨끗하고 쾌적한 시설 전망 뷰도 나쁘지 않아요 세탁기 놓여 있어 편리하고 인덕션 전자렌지 설치되어 간편한 조리도 가능 해서 좋아요 다시 방문 할 거 같아요

We stayed there for 5 nights. Travel with family. We reserved 2 apartments. One studio with a sea view and one king bed apart. With a sea view. 2 studios were assigned to us. Management informed us that we were given the wrong room when we came down to the office and complained. We received a portion of our king bed. The room was filthy. From the ceiling to the floor, there was a very visible, dirty-looking yellow stain on the wall right at the entrance, which appeared to be a leak from the room above. Tell management about it, but they appear to care nothing. In the kitchen and refrigerator, there were also small cockroaches. I was afraid. We requested a different room but were informed that it was full and there was no room available. In a few hours, we had to spray and clean the kitchen. The mattress is not very comfortable. The bedding is strange green and gold color. The balcony is roomy and great, with a lovely ocean view, but there was only a tiny table and two little chairs. Since it is a lovely area, we wished they had a nice, comfortable lounge chair to sit. Not a recommendation. Never return there!.

I've read reviews and want to tell you what you're getting into. I remained for five nights. Yes, these apartments are subleased within the Maple Apartments, which are on level 21. Outside the elevator is the reception desk, which makes a shabby appearance. After booking, you may request some checkin guidelines. There is no air conditioning in the only floor lobby, which makes it extremely stuffy and is not the best first impression. The front desk personnel needs training. A little abrupt and unfriendly, but young people are not doing it off because it is not intentional. They do request the application confirmation number, which I had never asked, but it is just an additional step of looking your number. It's annoying, but who cares. This was a surprise because they requested a mil dong deposit, which was never mentioned anywhere else. This is needed for a cashier. When I checked out, I paid in full. Now to the room. It is worthwhile! Because it wasn't much more expensive, I upgraded to a seaviews studio room in 2006. With a wide panorama of the beach and Vinpearl Island, it was truly breathtaking. The price was reasonable. What we saw online wasn't what we got. Be careful. The maple leaf hotel is part of the structure, as stated in the website's images. It was expensive to rent an apartment without access to the pool without paying additional rent, plus the linens were filthy and unclean. The expense of having dinner at the hotel is not worth it. After realizing we were not hotel guests, the staff treated us like we were unwelcome. Although there are some excellent restaurants nearby, a fantastic beach, and fine embroidery, be careful to brush up on your Russian if you are out walking about. If you ask the reception, there is good airport transportation. 3500 Vietnamese wong will drop you off at the wrong terminal Find another place!.

This hotel was hidden in a side street behind other hotels but it’s such a gem. We booked for a 2 sea-view rooms. Upon arrival they checked us into a 3 bedrooms sea-view apartment. Beautiful and spacious, the room had everything we needed and more for just the three of us. Sitting in the balcony, waiting for the sunrise was a highlight too. Located in the heart of tourist area, walking distant. Definitely would come back.

세탁기,냉장고,전자렌지,밥솥까지 갖춰져있어 장기투숙객이니 대가족 여행에 적합해요. 주변이 번화한 여행자 거리라. 택시 이용하지 않고 먹고, 마시고, 놀기 편하고 해변까지 도보 3분이라 좋았어요. 수영장 유료로 이용할 수 있고, 루프탑 바 퀘백은 전망좋고 음식도 맛있었어요.
