The receptionist was very kind and helpful. The room was beautiful with a great view and i also got sanitized with hot shower.

The bed was comfortable. Then, the price is worth it with the good quality. After, they provide free parking. Subsequently, there is hot water. Thereafter, i got a nice blanket.

The ideal location for your trip to sapa. Of course, this is the best option if you dont mind going up and down to and from the center of sapaka. A hot shower, a clean and spacious room with an electric heated bed pad. There is an electrical heater provided. This family ensures that guests are comfortable during their stay. Will undoubtedly return here.

Would return. The receptionist was friendly, the rooms were clean and spacious, although it was a little cold at night so they provided heating blankets, and the breakfast was delicious. They also assist you in setting up u bus to another location you want to go with the pickup right in front of your house.

This place is highly recommended! A brandnew homestay with breathtaking views. The owner is also incredibly kind. They also provide a kitchen and complimentary water, which is convenient.

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a cheap homestay with good rooms and breakfast, especially for the price. The receptionist was very friendly and helped us with laundry, bus tickets and other things.

This place is highly recommended! During our 7month trip to southeast Asia, this accommodation was among the finest weve ever stayed in. Our room was very well furnished, comfortable, roomy, spotless, had a lovely mountain outlook, and was quite equipped. We had heated bed linens and tv in the room! The proprietors are really helpful and kind. They delivered my personal belonging to ha giang, where i am at the moment, when ive forgotten it.

This place is absolutely the best to stay in beautiful sapa! What a lovely location! The rooms are immaculate and freshly made, with etiquette decorations that blend with the decor. We were at ease with our northern vibes! Our balcony offered an incredible view, which was truly breathtaking! Additionally, there is onsite courtesy. Although the proprietors dont speak english, they always greet you with open arms as soon as you enter the building. The price is unquestionably the lowest in the city!.

We had a wonderful time! Our room was spacious, cozy, and welllit. They were really helpful with everything we needed, including laundry, booking boarding straits to haiang, vegan noodle soup, etc..

The service provided is commendable, despite the low price. However, the room itself exceeds expectations. The owner of this place is exceptionally friendly and enthusiastic, providing invaluable support throughout our stay. Moreover, we are particularly fortunate to have access to a roof for enhanced views of the vibrant atmosphere of Sapa. It is more than 1 km from the accommodation to the center of sapa, making it incredibly convenient and peaceful. In any case, im grateful for the accommodations and service offered here.

This homestay is underrated, we stayed for 2 nights and arrived from hanoi early in the morning. The room is very comfortable and clean, the owner is so helpful and speaks english very important if you are not vietnamese, and you must try their ban mi it is delicious. In addition, their hospitality makes us feel comfortable.

It was a truly wonderful stay. The beds had heating pads, which were comfortable after soaring in the cool weather, and the rooms were immaculate. Although there isnt air conditioning, it is not really necessary here because it tends to be cooler. After we discussed it, the staff members were extremely kind and even made us pho for breakfast.
