We arrived in Da Nang and were meant to stay at a different property but when we arrived there we discovered it closed! I booked this place from the front steps of the closed location and took about 10 minutes to find. When we arrived they had our reservation, check in was easy and the room was nice and also fairly large with a comfy bed. Bathroom with shower takes a bit to get up but then is very hot when turned all the way up which was awesome. Very close to the beach and just off main drag so lots to do - the main drag is very obviously aimed at tourists and a bit pricier for food, etc but if you go just off of it here is delicious local food for less. The staff are always at the desk, with someone even sleeping there Incase you need anything. The lady working also spoke decent English and her directions were helpful when I needed to find a pharmacy and she also provided a map to the bus when we were ready to head to Hoi An. We were meant to stay 3 nights but extended to 5 due to poor weather (we wanted to go to the beach which is beautiful with the softest sand I have ever seen!) this has been my favorite place in Vietnam so far, only downside were there were some tiny ants in the room but this seems to be everywhere in Da Nang (even on our bus). Also it can be loud with the windows open considering it is so close to the main road and the Vietnam traffic. Overall happy and would stay again especially considering nothing in Da Nang can come close to the price!

The hotel was clean, the rooms were adorable, the wifi was great for the most part, the staff always had smiles and the laundry service was great. I really cannot think of one bad thing to say about this facility. The beaches are beautiful and a quick walk to the closest one, 5-mintes.

We had a great two nights and were pleasantly surprised by the showers. Really hot and remained hot. Kara, good job. The mattress is the second most important thing, comfortable and spacious. We remained on the ground floor, which greatly reduced the noise even though we could still hear people checking in late, not the hotels's fault. Excellent 5-minute walk to the beach, which is unbeatable for the price. Taco ngo is also nearby, which is a huge plus. The staff was a polite and adorable Vietnamese girl who spoke English well. The only thing I had to worry about was that I rented a motorcycle and was instructed that I could take it to lady Buddha and hoi an. It did, but it didn't get us back haha. I broke down on the highway in Hoi An late at night and had to have a local family help me call the hotel, which was difficult to do much. We were lucky enough to pick up a taxi, but upon arrival, we refused to pay for it. Fortunately, the boy at the front desk that night took his cab with a hesitant to assist us. Hopefully, the family we left it with returned their bike.

For about two years now, I've stayed at Kara whenever I have a dining business. It offered excellent value. The frontal folding metal gates echoed a loud noise across the entire structure when I last went to sleep last week. Then those visitors who came spoke so loudly from the stairs through the hallways. When I called the front desk, the male receptionist adamantly denied there was anything they could do about the issue. Another time, I complained about guests talking loudly through the hallways, and because the walls were so thin, you could actually hear the conversation. Once more, I called the front desk, but the problem persisted. The bedsheets and blankets were clean and brand new before, as I checked them. To prevent getting eaten breakfast with stale bread, cold coffee, and mushy eggs, I had to feign fear of fire. I don't believe kara is now popular, but I could have gotten a better breakfast somewhere else for the amount I spent. The receptionist had to be awakened to assist me with the motorbikes to let me go. A very likely fire hazard. I believe kara ought not have been incredibly confident that they are well-like they were before, but they should remain oblivious to the cost. Staff of efficient and friendly. Now that you must

I have been here twice, my first time was in March 2016 and my second in January 2017. Everything was wonderful, the staff was nice, the room was clean and beautiful, the fridge was also fully operational. Thank you for your hospitality.

お値段が安いのにしっかりしていて期待以上のクオリティでした。外がカラオケの音だだ漏れとタオルが黄ばんでて使えなかったこと以外は問題なかったと思います。外が騒がしいのは個人的にはそんなに気にしないのでよかったですが、気にする方はちょっとキツいかもしれないです笑スタッフの方の愛想もよく、言葉がちゃんと伝わってたかはわかりませんが、夜の外出の際も道を教えてくださったり。声をかけてくださったり、暖かいところでした。

　ダナン↔ホイアンの主力バスが走っていて何処に行くにも便利でした。住人のように観光やビーチや食べ歩きを楽しみました～英語は日本人程度しか浸透しておらず訛りも有るのか聞き取りにくかったです

Lovely staff, not very attentive with cleaning the rooms at all though. However, it was comfortable for the price and close enough the beach to walk. We loved Da Nang!

Hyvää palvelua, ja siisti hotelli, englantiin sujui. Varattiin aamupala, kirjautumisen yhteydessä sanottiin ettei sitä voida järjestää, hyvittivät summan. Sijaitsee hotelli alueella, ranta lähellä. Koska turisti aluetta niin ravintolahinnat lähistöllä korkeita yleiseen tasoon nähden. Erinomainen yhden yön viisiitiksi.

The main reason I chose this accomodation was the price, so I was worried that the rooms might not be so clean, or the service would not be good enough. Amazingly, compared to it's price this place offered more than what it takes. The room was cozy with clean bed sheets, and the location weren't so bad either. Only in 3 minutes walk from the beach, and couple of Danang's great restaurants, recommended by trip advisor, were near the location. The hotel's crew were very welcoming also. They provided information about the area with some tour tips. Even offered simple breakfast before the usual breakfast time because I had to leave early in the morning. Anyways, if you are looking for a place simply to stay for the night after a hard day of touring around places , this is definitely one of the good options you are looking for.

We had a nice stay, the hotel had really good value for money. Friendly and helpful service and the room had what was promised. Location is good for the beach but otherwise it is quite far from the central areas of Da Nang.

After all the glowing reviews on Trip Advisor, this accommodation was somewhat disappointing. Apart from the great location so close to the beach and the friendliness of the staff, the guesthouse could do with some improvements. Very poor laundry service and staff should make sure they remember to hand back guests' passports upon leaving.
