As soon as we arrived, i was so emotional because this place felt like a tiny piece of heaven in sapa. From the room, the views, amenities, location, property, and most importantly, staff. I could live here if ive had the option too. My husband and he are on our honeymoon, which enhanced our experience even more. This place is wellmaintained and shows that.

A little bit far from the city center, but well worth it. The staff was absolutely amazing. Reception can call taxis for guests at any time of day to get into town. Breakfast blew my mind, the best breakfast we had during our entire trip to vietnam. Views from this property are amazing! It was a little foggy when we were there but still worth the stay. Beautiful rooms, great interiors so cozy. Good water pressure in the shower - although if you take long showers you may run out of hot water (found this out the hard way)! Also, walls are linty so you can hear our neighbors.

Overall, a fantastic experience while visiting sapa! The location is excellent, right on top of rice fields, offering tranquility and peace. The rooms are charming and cozy, adding to the charm of the stay. While the spa in vietnam is pricey, the laundry service is reasonably priced. It is necessary to improve the staffs english skills to enhance their communication skills. Their misunderstood the nonpigment or muslim order, making it occasionally challenging to obtain what we required in general.

Although the location is a little out of the city center, it offers an excellent opportunity to escape and fully immerse oneself in pristine surroundings. The serene surroundings provide the ideal setting for unwinding and taking in the breathtaking scenery that unfolds before you. Not only is the panoramic view excellent, but it is also genuinely breathtaking and undoubtedly makes the journey to this location entirely worthwhile.

This place is a good choice for lodging, however there are some areas for improvement in the design of the establishment. The premium bungalow located right next to the road and the bike parking are the main attractions. However, the rooms at fewer rates are quite far from the street. It seems unlogical and difficult to comprehend. But i had to request alterations to my room to improve it so that it would be quieter. Water is not provided in plastic bottles. Does not appear to match the name of this place. Although the accommodations are provided with glass bottles, water is served in disposable lavie bottles in restaurants. A positive note despite the distance from where the roadway, its somehow tranquil. Despite the fact that the location is far away from downtown, taxis are easily connected to town. Staff members are friendly and accommodating.

Id like you to try staying here if you have the chance. It offers a lovely outlook and is incredibly cozy and spotless. Particularly for wine to drink, savoring rice terraces, spa, and restaurant with good taste.

A great place to unwind and relax! I was a little disappointed that i had to pay to keep the fire going because ive specifically got sat in tastier rooms than if he had stayed. You must pay for each bundle after the first bundle of wood is free. I believe that firewood should be included in the room price. The hot water wasnt working at first, but the bathtub was fantastic. It was fixed in just ten minutes after staff arrived. Both the pillow and the bed were excellent. All in all, incredibly wonderful accommodation.

The lodge is located on the top of a hill overlooking terraced rice fields. Perfect for those seeking surrounded by nature. 6 km from the city, 200 k dong taxi or uber fare one way. Excellent breakfast options include both western and vietnamese cuisines for lunch and dinner. We requested the first bundle of wood, which was provided for free, and they assisted us in lighting up the fire.

We stayed here for one night and were immediately impressed with the managers customer service. He greeted us when we parked our bikes and talked to us about our journey so far. Then he offered us a discount on sanitizing herbal bath so we could rest and recover our weary muscles after driving so long. From there on, the lodge has started to show its flaws. We would have loved to have enjoyed iony tub but the one in our room had leaking, so when u filled it halfway up the water poured out incredibly noticeable crack. Im not sure how you missed this considering it didnt seem to be causing recurring. It was probably because of poor craftsmanship or cheap materials used to make the tub. Our room itself was quite nice and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, we were also next to the kitchen where the staff played music and some renovation work was being done. At 8 am, someone began using an angle grinder and used it on and off for several hours. All three are cold pools. This felt pretty misleading but also in line with what we have come to expect in vietnam. When we went down for breakfast the next morning, rooster was charged for laundry service as we checked out later that morning. After that, they told us that the shoes werent even washed and that we only needed to use the dryer because the roof leaked

Even from the sapa center, it was a long way to get here. But this lodge is in such savorable surroundings. We adored the view! Fortunately, we could see far across the field because it wasnt cloudy. When we reserved their bungalows, i had high hopes for them to be larger, but thats okay because they were really cozy, with room for us to set up our baby cot, and most importantly, they are spotless! The floor is spotlessly clean! With the exception of karaoke taking place in the next hotel next to us at night, everything was generally peaceful. Otherwise, though, there was some rest. Although it certainly was colder, the heater in air conditioning kept us toasty throughout the night. Our two connecting rooms allowed us access our balcony doors. Thankfully, their restaurant is open until 10 p. M. After arriving around 745 oclock, its difficult to go out again for dinner, so thankfully, when we arrived late, about 747 pp.M., things got better. For an additional 100,000 dong, you could order into your room. The breakfast buffet was also excellent. I appreciate how thoughtfully the lodges decorations with christmas decor really enhanced the atmosphere! Our only regret was not staying longer!.

Despite being located far from sapa town, the stay was excellent, offering a pleasant view of the valley. The room itself was spacious, providing optimum relaxation and friendly service. However, there were some areas for improvement in the toilet drainage, which resulted in muddy toilets following showers. Overall, it was incredibly enjoyable, with utmost convenience and convenience.
